Worse than part-fiber. Avoid this company
Avoid this provider. I switched to their "full fiber" expecting an upgrade, but my old part-fiber connection with EE was significantly better. I have frequent drop outs, I struggled with video calls let alone heavy work.
I paid an extra £80 for a premium router that is completely useless. When I asked to return it for a basic setup with extenders, they flat-out refused.
To make matters worse, their customer support is nonexistent—they left me waiting for five days without a single helpful response. Combine that with incredibly rigid, anti-consumer terms, and it’s easily the worst company I've dealt with. Save your money and headache and look elsewhere.
Had an issue with WiFi dropping out
Had an issue with WiFi dropping out. Spoke with an agent called Andre. He was fantastic. Recommended a booster, but i still had problems. I contacted him again and he arranged for an engineer to attend. Engineer arrived within 4 days (it was the weekend). He turned up in the designated window, run checks and replaced BT box, as well as checking other areas. Call was complete within an hour. I received a follow-up call from Andre the same afternoon to check all was OK.
So far, WiFi hasn't dropped out.
I don't know about any other departments, but the Technical Support Dept is fantastic.

Matthew in the tech support was very help! WiFi is really good and quick. However router doesn't hit the furthest away room.
Speedy connection & support
Started using Fiberly around 2 weeks back, found their pricing to be incredibly competitive, switched over, engineer turned up on time and setup went smooth.
Had a bit of an issue with the Router switching itself off from time to time, and a quick ring to Mathew sorted it out - speedy connection and support, just what you need from your provider.
Mark was extremely knowledgeable
Mark was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, talking me through the setup and connection of my new router was a breeze.
My only one comment would not be about Mark, or the customer services representative I spoke to before, who was also very friendly, but it would have been nice if the router was ready out of the box - it had the documentation for a different model and appeared to have been sent out before and then returned because the contents of the box looked like they had been disturbed.

Great customer service
I changed my Ethernet cable and lost all WiFi. When I rang to try and get it fixed a very patient and polite man called Lloyd talked me through everything to reset the gin and get reconnected. Awesome customer service
