Outstanding engineer Atif…

Outstanding service from engineer Atif and provisioning agent Craine
Over 40 new phones fitted to upgrade our system, we had many demands and they had the patience, knowledge and professionalism to sort them all swiftly.

Choose Fidelity for your VoIP telephony!

Over the past few weeks I have worked with the Fidelity team (Camron, Craine and Dane) to move from our old copper based telephony to VoIP.

Camron dealt with the sales process very professionally answering my many questions before we placed the order.

Craine provided excellent support and guidance throughout the preparation, deployment and implementation process and the transition the new VoIP telephony yesterday was extremely smooth, exceeding my expectations!

Dane called me today to independently follow-up on the implementation to ensure that I am completely satisfied and to ask if they could have done anything better. I honestly can't think of anything that could have been better.

If you need a VoIP solution then don't hesitate to contact Fidelity.

Fabulous Customer Service!! I have had a replacement phone and delt with a gentleman called Dylan, He was absolutely great! He went above and beyond to help me get my phone working properly.
