We had issues with our phones, were given new ones and unfortunately these had slight issues too, however Dylan Cherry was very informative and supportive and very prompt with his service to get the issues resolved.
Making the switch to digital was very straightforward with the help of our IT company and Kellagh at Fidelty. Would highly reccomend.
Steven assisted me when we needed to replace one of our handsets and connect them to our network. He was knowledgeable, patient and very helpful through all the steps and answered all of my questions.

It took us several phone calls and emails to get our enquiry referred to the Technical Tea. Tristan was excellent and did get our personal answerphone connected, the problem had been getting them to smitch off their complimentary one. I've only given this Company a 3 rating because it has proven to be impossible to set up a Direct Debit with them either over the phone or by post. We explained that we don't set up anything via the internet and we were given the option to print off a Mandate and post it back. It was unclear where it should be returned to but we found an address for them and sent it back, however it was never received. We have had to pay two invoices now over the phone by card and still haven't received a Direct Debit Mandate by post which was promised two weeks ago. The Customer Services Staff of very polite and friendly, but this matter still hasn't been resolved.
