Another duped customer. Should have looked closer for company information and these reviews. I have emailed them 6 times and I've had three responses saying it will ship soon. Nothing. Very frustrating but I won't make this mistake again.

Wish I’d read some of the reviews first 😩 product eventually arrived after stating it had been dispatched weeks before. I was constantly chasing them to be ignored repeatedly. Ordered 2 items exactly the same and one was broken. It was for my 2 sons so I tried to repair it with superglue. Advised the company and they asked me to send a video, sent photos and videos and never heard from them again. Terrible service!! Avoid!

First thing first, save your money and time by choosing something from this company else where .

I've ordered a Christmas present for a child in mid December. 3rd of January it said its finally delivered. However no sign of a delivery. Since then I've tried to get in touch . Today we have 22nd of January. No solution from the company . Absolutely irresponsible, unprofessional people to deal with. No contact number , no adress. Only online form . Avoid by all means

Pretend they are selling flynova - but send some knock off product called "play the world" - even though I said in an email before I want only a genuine product. Asked for a full refund and they try to fob me off by saying that "play the world" is what flynova are making now. These guys are selling fake junk & then try to cling on to your money for dear life - i will be contacting my credit card company next - avoid avoid avoid

Don't do it, avoid this website!

Delivery took nearly 1 month. The plushy did not look like it did in the picture (and was much smaller then described, about half the size. I was so shocked when the packaged arrived so small).

Hands falling off of one of them and also bad stitching around the whole thing. To top it all off, the customer service is a joke. Another 2 weeks to get a refund for the broken one and a return address in the USA (I am based in the UK) so that I can return the other one that was not as described. I am still waiting for a return label as I am not returning this at my own expense...

I would avoid this company completely. I thought I was getting something different to what I saw on Temu and Aliexpress, but it was the same with false advertising.

Good luck to anyone who takes a chance. Too bad I did not see the reviews above as it looks like the company changed it's website recently (and it looks like the reviews are recent.

Bought 2 puzzle fidget toys for xmas presents. £25 out of my account but no correspondence, re. confirmation of order, delivery date.

Its clearly a scam

Trying to get the money back from my bank

Was told 5 day delivery on the 10th December. It’s now the 20th and still no parcel. Emailed several times regarding refund with no response. Have now issued a claim through my bank. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

Avoid at all costs, as per all the other reviews.

Items took 20 days to arrive, and when they did, they were clearly damaged and squashed before they were even packed.

My Singing Monster toys are vacuum packed and clearly below what is described on the website, and the car park game looks to have been taped up in an attempt to make the box look presentable. But they failed on that front.

Have emailed a complaint with accompanying images asking for a refund, which I am legally entitled to when goods arrived damaged.

Let's see if they can do 1 thing right - they have 14 days.

Avoid this company at all costs. Have been waiting since the beginning of November for my item (delivery time 5 days). It has still not even been despatched! Emailed to query this and was simply sent the tracking link- pretty useless as it has still not been despatched.

All queries about a refund are ignored - I highly doubt I will receive the item In question.

They sent two flynovas - one had a faulty cable and one a faulty orb. After asking for video evidence which i sent, they have ceased to respond to my emails or issue the refund. They are now ignoring my request for a refund which has been going on since December.

Do not trust this company, they offer no option to return and even if you refuse delivery they will resend the package again hoping you sign for it. I've been forced to start a payment dispute with my bank. Avoid Avoid Avoid.

Absolutely shocking company (if you can call them that!) Do not buy from this company. I bought a boomerang ball and when it arrived it was FAKE CRAP!
I've tried to contact them on several occasions but no reply at all.
Be warned, your will lose your money.

The goods are misrepresented, not genuine items but unbranded imitations. Avoid. you are unlikely to get your money back

Bought 3 items but only received one. On double checking, there was a hand written sticker on the box of the item I'd received saying 'doll in box'. I opened the box, having to destroy it in the process due to it being taped up, to find my 'missing' items, two plushies. They were vacuum packed, creased to above and beyond, and fake rubbish. They didn't match the website pictures at all. Have emailed 3 times with no response.

So now I'm left with a destroyed box for an item that was supposed to be a gift, and two fake plushies. Their returns policy says I have to return them to California (from the UK, at cost to me, of course), but also says that they don't accept returns on 'sale' items. The entire site is on 'sale'!

Scam artists of the highest degree. You've been warned.

Update - this company has now changed its name to Fidget Club. Don't shop there either.

Purchased a Magic Cube and instructions are missing from the box (says on the box they should be included). Emailed Fidget Freaks asking if they could scan and send some instructions to me but I haven't received a reply. Shame we probably won't get the best use out of the cube now.
Also realised that the reviews on their website are ofcourse approved by the company themselves before being published, hence why they are all 5*!
