Need for a solicitor go for this one
My case was handled by Melissa Fletcher and Marie Hickling.
I was very well supported throughout the process even though halfway through I changed my plan to change the mortgage type but they accommodated me well with very reasonable charges.
I would highly recommend Fiddler and Pepper specially both above ladies if you are in need of a solicitor for your property

Quickest purchase of all time
First home buyer, so nothing to compare it to but the process for us was a dream. I've lost count of the amount of times I've told people that this will go down in history as the easiest house purchase of all time. Super quick, super responsive and all managed plain and simple through the app. Our case was managed by Sam, Daisy, and Phoebe and I couldn't recommend them all more.

Very happy
Fidler & Pepper were very proactive and responsive to their portal and also calls. They were so efficient we had to slow them down as the buyer's solictor was not as efficient. They were professional and courteous and warm to deal with and cannot fault them. I would recommend them highly.

Excellent service. Our case was handled by Gabrielle Anthony and Melanie Lawson. We were well informed throughout the remortgaging process and the app was particularly very convenient to share documents securely. Saved a ton of headache to password protect docs etc. F&P were extremely good at providing clear instructions and guidance to complete documentation and to follow due process. We found them to be very reasonably priced, too.

We have a small improvement opportunity. When asking customers to initially prove their identity can you please say upfront what pictures you require. First one of took a little time but the second was much quicker as we took photos in advance
