What made my experience great was Jake Ginn and the helpful team always being respectful full and kind and dedicated to help no matter if there is any bumps in the road Jake always found a solution, I was givin daily updates about how everything was going which really helped and Jake really helped me out of rough spot. It is refreshing to deal with people who are honest and very up front with their dealings. Great to be able to speak to a person here in Australia and not deal with a call centre in India or the Philippines and have some one speak Australian English, makes it so much easier to understand. They worked hard to deliver what they promised. Jake was fantastic and really knew his product of finance.
