My broker, Jake, provided me with detailed, transparent and helpful advice. They were excellent in helping me understand the system and process and would go through them again.

Just got approval for my motorbike finance. Christie from fido was awsome and realy made it easy. All documents where easy to submit online. And the process was realy quick. Communication was excellent. There was no waiting for hours to get a response. And when you called you could talk straight away or if not get back to you in minutes. It was refreshing not to talk to an overseas call centre.

Dealing with Bailey was and absolute pleasure. I’d recommend Fido and Bailey 100x over. I can honestly say this is the best experience I’ve ever had dealing with finance.
