Also the name field requires more than 1 characture which is discriminatory to people who only wish to provide first initial

The service was horrible. This is the second time I ordered a tow and it was never ordered. I waited for 2 hr then call the tow company that you guys said you dispatched. They said it was never sent to the tow co. The last time it was the middle of the night and I ended up ordering my own tow because no one call back in response to my request.

I love the perks that are offered. However, some are so hard to use due to stipulations, or they are no longer partnered with the companies that they used to be, which makes it hard. Every city and state do not have the same companies within them. One thing I'd love to see is the implementation of the Sam's Express Car Wash membership discount, like I stated in another one of these things.

I didn’t like what I had to go through to get $250, it was ridiculous. Provides all that information back to back because something wasn’t right and I just didn’t get it. And why had to supply information that your company say it was going to pay for, but to be told we not paying that your health insurance paid for it.😳

The compensation is not worth the premium.
You can not make a claim if the bill is placed in someone else name because you had to work and couldn't pick your car up even though you can prove it was the car with the warranty on it.

Eventually got my request in but not before going back and forth with the adjuster about when my car mad it to the lot for repair I feel like she could have asked why there was two dates on the invoice and not try to leave it for me to do I had to call three way with her on the phone because she didn’t want to call back told me to have them call her when she is the one that is suppose to investigate but once that got fix it went through super easy
