Good site and easy to use. Service excellent and kept informed on delivery

Neff oven lamp and cover, a recurring issue with an otherwise excellent oven, the glass cover gets knocked and fractures. This time I ordered 'one and a spare' excellent price and quick delivery, all fitted, working and one set in hand ready for the next failure.

I ordered two items from this company via eBay. They sent only one.

So helpful and quick response. Just what I needed and at a good price. Mistakenly, they sent the wrong filter. But they replied to my email immediately and replaced. Very apologetic.

Great price for a genuine part at almost half the Zanussi cost. Only small negative was that I didn't receive a delivery schedule and had to ask. It turned up pretty promptly though.
