Ordered the filters for a Dyson V6 and Dyson V10. The order arrived within the estimated delivery time but there was a problem. The filter for the V10 was fine but the filter for the V6 was not as described and was indeed for a V7. I thought mistakes happen so I contacted "Findaspare.uk" via email and guess what, no reply. I did the same today and again absolutely no response. Unfortunately, looking at other reviews, I find that this is not unusual so please Mr Chris Waite and Mr Alin Tuiu sort this issue out!
Update: Susan from Findaspare.uk got in touch and resolved the issue to my satisfaction. I have therefore improved my rating to 3 stars reflecting the end to end service. I will probably use their services again and give another review.
