Total scam (scum) company! I believe I bought a manual from them months ago for under £1. I've just found a recent payment to them on my credit card for £49.95!!! Card co are refunding and blocking. Will never use them again.

I purchased a manual in Nov 22 for 1.49. Stupidly I have only just seen that each month since then I have had 24.90 deducted from my account. I did not agree to this. Customer service not helpful as the person I spoke to has 'escalated' my query to another level. Total scammers. I have read many others who have had the same problem with them. Don't touch them.

Total scammers - no other word for them - we have had the same experience as others below. Paid 95p for nothing then £49 out of account for nothing

Scammers purely and simply. Avoid using. I only found out by checking my bank statement and not recognising findmymanual entry. Luckily I was refunded 5 months of payments for something I did not sign up to.

Just read other folks reviews. I agree entirely that these people are scammers and should be avoided at all costs

This lot would get no stars if pos. Purchased a coffee machine manual for a few pence and a few days later I'm paying £49.20 for something. No chance! Complete scam. Don't touch with a bargepole.

These guys are big scammers. They offered .95 which is a great deal accept for the fact that I only received an invoice that I had .95 for a manual that was never distributed. Then unbeknownst to me, now having my credit card number, they charged my card an additional $46.95 six days later, for I do not know. But yeah, my advice is to avoid these guys and get your manuals straight from maker of your equipment which oftentimes will be free of charge.

Complete scam. i signed up to get a manual for some equipment at work for 99p, then discovered they had taken £36.95 every month!! Do not use!!

Complete scam. Should have read the reviews. Led to believe you’re paying 99p for a manual but you’re signing up for £36.95 every 2 months!

Scam. Paid £0.95 to access a manual which turned out to be no use at all. Happened to be going through my cc statement and noticed they had taken a further £36.95 seven days later. I had unknowingly subscribed to a service without realising. No mention at all that you are subscribing to anything (no emails following subscription ect) Avoid!

I can only agree with the other comments on this site. TOTAL SCAM. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. In good faith I downloaded a manual to install a Danfoss Thermostat for £1.49. When it arrived by email it was a one- pager and no use at all. Two days later I was surprised to see a debit to the company for £49. 20. When I queried this,I was told I had subscribed to the Premium Service. No,I had not ! There was no mention of a Premium service subscription at all when I 'bought' the manual. Daylight robbery. Search elsewhere on Google and you will find information manuals without having to resort to these crooks

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY….it’s a scam…I sent for a manual on 28/10/22 and was charged 95p for a manual, when it was downloaded it wasn’t the manual I asked for…well never mind only 95p wasted.
THEN on 03/10/22 I was charged £36.95 from this company…. They tried to tell my Bank it was a subscription ..I never signed up for a subscription.
BE WARNED….Rip Off.

I ordered a manual for my salter airfryer from this band of rogues. I paid 99p for the service. Recieved the manual which was exactly the same that came with the product, rubbish.
10 days later a debit from my account of £36.95 was taken. There was no mention of this when I ordered my manual.
This is the worst form of deception you will ever encounter.

Have nothing to do with this company they are scammers. I ordered a manual for my phone and all I got was the quick start guide which comes with the phone anyway. They charged only 95p for this, but have been taking £36.95 from my account ever since -- for something I have never received.

SCAM SCAM SCAM and SCAM, putting their little terms and conditions in writing so close to the colour of the background it blends in. The frauds at this "company" need to not only be stopped, but arrested for stealing money from people. How they are still in operation is beyond my comprehension but one thing I know is that once you have called to complain, they only want more details about you before they block your number to stop you contacting them.

Total Scam. They take your money and sign you up but i never got the manual. The phone doesn't get answered either. 1 Star is 1 too many

My experience too!! supposedly bought a manual for 99p in April, still being charged £24.95 a month and trying to cancel, DO NOT give these people your details!!!

This company must be stopped from trading and scamming people by automatically deducting ongoing monthly debit payments of £24.90 from your bank account ! And they will won’t return it. Don’t use this site there thieves !!!!!
