Ordered mats for car says 5/8 days for order to be delivered nearly 3 weeks and still nothing emailed 3/4 times still nothing and try getting refund joke company never again

They are scammers, pure and simple. They take your money but don't give you a product. AVOID

They wasted time putting me through with 'Laura' at customer support who did nothing but make false promises. As of a month later I've had no updates on my order and I'm convinced they will be hit with a ton of chargebacks and bad reviews. Do not use this awful company

Do not use never arrived. Kept being told it would be the following week it’s been over a month. I have repeatedly asked for a refund and to cancel my order and just get no where. Had to do a charge back with my bank

Ordered a set of 4 car mats nearly 3 weeks ago. Never arrived. When emailed, no apology or explanation just asked to wait another 5 - 6 days. Asked to cancel. Typical stalling techniques. Asked for clear information regarding refund and when this will be. Heard nothing. Looks like I will forced to get bank involved for a chargeback.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!
Poor quality mats that don’t fit properly, constantly shift, and curl up in the footwell - completely unsuitable. The mats advertised with clips, but I received four flimsy velcro squares instead. Delivery was delayed significantly and customer service ('Laura') are slow, evasive, unhelpful and unbelievably frustrating. I have had to ask four times to return the mats, each time they come back with an argument or counter offer, not allowing me return them. Email is the only way of contact, no phone number or address is listed anywhere. It's been two weeks so far of me requesting to return them and still they are coming back with counters, madness - what on earth sort of company is this?! Genuinely the absolute worst experience I've had. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

I ordered my mats from Finestcarmats.co.uk on Wednesday 29th April and i have emailed them so many times asking where they are and they say they are still in manufacture process it says on their website that it will be delivered within 1 to 8 working days. This is an absolute joke. I still haven’t received them and it’s now Wednesday, the 27th of May. Do not buy anything from these monkeys, they will just rip you off.

Contacted the customer service team lots of times and told the same thing, "They're in production soon and check back in a few days / next week". 4 weeks later and still no mats, and still the same excuses. Requested cancelation of the order several times and refund. Today they claim that the order is now cancelled and a refund will be issued in 3 -4 days . . . Have issued a partial refund which is an insult...i am also not convinced 'Laura' at customer service is not really 'Laura' for some reason. so will be contacting the bank tonight to step in and help me get my money back. Awful service. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Has this company gone bust as I am waiting on an order that I have placed and paid for?

Received a refund as the car mats would not be dispatched within 30days of purchase.

I placed an order on the 1st of May for some mats and was told 5-8 working days or slightly more if they’re busy. It gets to the 19th and I’ve had no movement or communication regarding my order so I email to find out what’s going on. I get a reply saying there’s been a delay with my order but they hope to get it rectified as soon as possible and will ship by Friday. Today is Friday and I’ve heard nothing so had no option to cancel my order. Terrible customer service so would not recommend even trying to purchase from this company.

I ordered car mats for my Grandson 3 weeks ago & they haven’t even been dispatched
The stated delivery time from production to delivery stated 5/8 days its misleading & i have cancelled my order very disappointed with this company 😔

I do not recommend this company AT ALL! They cannot fulfil their orders on time and do not have the correct manner of customer service. I had to get my bank to step in to resolve this issue. I have ordered car mats from multiple places prior to this and never experienced this sort of level of service.

At BARE minimum the customer service should be better and give definitive timescales not say “we will get these out as soon as possible.” Now reordering from elsewhere having missed my required deadline for needing these mats.

It’s fitting that not a single review has been replied to.

They trade as ITS Leisurely Look as well possibly so avoid like the plague if you see this name as well!

Unfortunately this company did not fulfil my order they kept saying the mats would arrive but I lost trust after 17 days, when they said again the mats would arrive the following week ! Currently I’ve asked for a refund so fingers crossed. It’s a shame as I try to order from companies other than Amazon.

Wow what a SCAM. Do NOT buy from this company, I ordered some mats for my car, thinking they’d come in 5-8 days AS STATED on their website in big bold letters.

23rd of April I purchased these, we are now on the 19th of May & they haven’t even been sent to me.

Customer service? They just keep saying the same thing, it’s in production, it’s in production

Well maybe they have monkeys & tortoises working for them. Who knows.

The company’s is a disgrace, I paid for it over 2 weeks ago and still haven’t sent it out, I have asked for a refund and they are refusing. The company is a disgrace I wouldn’t recommend them at all !

I ordered a set of mats 3 weeks ago and just got an email that they will be sent this week and seeing this is Monday it will be another week I'm sure. Their customer service is rubbish. They advertise 5 to 8 days for despatch. I would avoid at all costs. Update, It’s now been 5 weeks and still haven’t received car mats. No emails either.

DON’T BUY MATS FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!
I waited 5 x weeks and 10x emails, and when the mats arrived they don’t fit the anchor points in the front foot wells! And quality is very very poor they’re no thicker than cardboard!

I was amazed buy how great my car mats was when I received them,

I ordered my car mats on 22nd April and it is now 15th May and my mats still haven't been sent. Contacted them several times and today asked for a refund, to be told that my mats are made and should be sent today or early next week. So, still vague promises of despatch. Avoid this company like the plague, they are at best a disgrace and at worst, a bunch of crooks.
