I ordered my car mats on 22nd April and it is now 15th May and my mats still haven't been sent. Contacted them several times and today asked for a refund, to be told that my mats are made and should be sent today or early next week. So, still vague promises of despatch. Avoid this company like the plague, they are at best a disgrace and at worst, a bunch of crooks.

Car mats,arrived after quite a lengthy wait,they are of good quality and fit perfectly. Just need to sort out the shipping times.

Order placed 25th of April - still not got them. No contact other than me asking why there was a delay. They ran out of carpet apparently. Wow ... Really poor customer service and I still don't know what is happening...

This company is a scam, 10 working days later (14 days) and still no shipment. I’ve emailed customer service multiple times and keep being told they will send soon and still no shipment.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY !!!! Hubby ordered new car mats over 3 weeks ago - they do not respond to emails . We have now requested a refund Shambles of a company !! Also reported to trading standards . UPDATE - Mats recieved !!! Very poor quality !!!!! Cheap looking!!! Had to trim a load of treads off . Like I said DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY !!!!!!

Horrendous.. poor quality mats, plastic used for binding, sewing atrocious, uneven cut out, there is absolutely nothing to praise.
Took over a month to receive!
Stay away from this company you can buy better quality from your local discount store.

Good people to deal with. Mats made to fit my car just right. Great quality and delivery.

Customer was in contact all through the manufacturing process with delivery updates. When the product arrived there was a component missing. My query was handled very quickly and professionally and items sent to me.

After receiving the wrong mats (the mistake was my own) Laura from FCM was able to rectify this almost immediately without any further costs. The quality of the mats are outstanding in every way and definitely compliments my Audi S5 - I thoroughly recommend.

Regarding the car mats, they are exceptionally well-suited.

I ordered mats that were meant to take 5-7 working days. After 33 days still no mats. It took them 27 days to tell me their machine was broken. When I asked for contact information to make an informal complaint and I would like a refund. Which by their policies and procedures I had a right to. Laura in their customer service kept ignoring emails
Sent. I have now reported to trading standards for ignorance and refusing to give information customers have the right to know. Do not go near this business take your money and your business elsewhere

Ordered mats for our new car which was easy enough and for a good price, said it would be 5 to 8 days with no update on the evri site with the delivery times/dates.laura in the office kept me up to date but took longer than 8 days to arrive, only let down

This company is appalling, waited several days for a reply and always had to follow up my emails. My order took over a month to arrive, I initially asked for a refund on my order after it went over the ‘5-8 working days’ lead time, absolute rubbish by the way, as I was sick of waiting for my mats. Was refused a refund. Laura, who is extremely rude and has no customer service experience whatsoever was awful, barely answered my emails but the ones she chose to answer, were short and so disrespectful. I wouldn’t waste your time, my mats are not great quality, and the customer service is dreadful. Not worth my time or money, so do not waste yours!
