Fabulous car mats designed and delivered by a company that understands the importance and benefits of good communication with its customers. The delivery company could have done better, but Laura at FinestCarMats was first class at managing the situation. Final product is exceptional quality and good value for money. Wouldn't hesitate to use again or recommend.

Excellent customer service with Laura. My first order was 'lost' by Evri and Laura sorted it all out for me. I received my second order promptly and was delighted. Would definitely recommend this company.

Absolutely rubbish, dont even go there.. customer service is non existant .. the mats took so long to arrive that christmas was over and done with!!

I was unsure they were a real company after I had paid so emailed them saying this. I was emailed back quite quickly reassuring me everything was good and sure enough the mats were delivered for Christmas. The mats look real good and fit perfectly.

Ordered the car mats for a VW Polo early December as a Christmas present for my newly qualified driving teenager (not a fancy or unusual car!) and I still havent recevied them (its now 29th December).
I wrote to them before Christmas to ask when I would recevie the mats and it took several days to reply to me. I asked if I could have a refund and rerturn them as it missed the due date as a present - more than a week later they replied to say I can return them but at my own cost. I still havent even received the mats.

I wouldnt shop here if you value expedience, clarity and excellent service - this business fails on all counts! It just isnt good enough.

I ordered these mats as a prestige quality after waiting for 2 weeks and RECIEVED 23rd of Dec these were a gift and too late to do anything about it
It turned out I got the cheaper version and I ordered a fresh air pack which I never received
I will be returning these for a full refund
Do not purchase from these quality not great

Absolute rubbish company! I ordered a set of car mats as a Christmas present I was told give to eight business days I ordered them on the 27th December so thought plenty of time , after the initial email I heard no more so emailed them on the 11th December no hurry to answer email and then was told there was delay due to Christmas but my mats would be with me soon.. I emailed them again this week to be told three days later that they couldn’t find the tracking number so they would refund my money 😡I asked them where I was supposed to get another set of car mats before Christmas amongst another few choice words but no answer .. I’m absolutely disgusted with them tbh.. I wouldn’t touch tbem with a bargepole.. the first email when I ordered them said my mats were in production three weeks later they had lost the tracking number so, it makes me wonder if they are even manufactured in the UK at all tbh.. 😡

Messaged the company initially to make sure I ordered the right size mats and was sent a link to order.
Received them today and they dont fit !! Holes to lock the mat on are in the wrong place.
They dont even look like the picture online.

DO NOT USE, COMPLETE SCAM, SHOULDN'T STILL BE ALLOWED TO MARKET ONLINE.

After initially ordering on the 20th of November the mats finally arrived today the 19th of December. The mats are of good quality and everything I requested was of great quality. The fit was perfect for my car and I'm really happy with the end result. I can understand people being annoyed at the delivery and it's something this company is gonna have to improve on massively. Laura the customer service rep was a big help answering my emails. You know what they say better late than never.

Totally wrong car mats delivered after entering all the correct car details , have emailed them 3 times asking for the correct mats to be sent , just been ignored . Wish I’d read the reviews before I’d ordered the mats,looks like I’m not alone to be let down by this lot.

Wrong fitting car mats received. Then refused to send a prepaid return label for the refund.. and now after dozen of emails send they not answering my emails to get my refund... Total scam...

Mats are great quality and after having a missing delivery issue it was sorted promptly and professionally and replacements received within 3 days. Very happy with the service and will definitely recommend to others

Ordered car mats using my registration number, paid for extras like leather trim, etc. Mats arrived and stitching was poor, mats did not fit my new car. Contacted Customer Services and a lady called Laura replied said she would send a replacement. She assured me that she will make sure the stitching would meet my standards, after 4 days the new mats arrived and they were a perfect fit,stitching was also great. I am glad Laura dealt with my order.
