Mats are great quality and after having a missing delivery issue it was sorted promptly and professionally and replacements received within 3 days. Very happy with the service and will definitely recommend to others

Ordered car mats using my registration number, paid for extras like leather trim, etc. Mats arrived and stitching was poor, mats did not fit my new car. Contacted Customer Services and a lady called Laura replied said she would send a replacement. She assured me that she will make sure the stitching would meet my standards, after 4 days the new mats arrived and they were a perfect fit,stitching was also great. I am glad Laura dealt with my order.

I wanted mat for my Lexus and the order went through quickly. Unfortunately the one that arrived were not right for the car. When I got in touch with Finest CarMats they quickly apologised, but were unable to make replacement mat for my 350H. They very quickly refunded every penny and were in touch regularly. The mats, which they have asked me to give away are excellent quality, Shame we couldn't do business.

The photo in the add appropriate to your car reg, make and model is not what you get.
There response was, “ The image shown on our site is generic just to show a sample of the quality”
Photo’s confirming advertised photo and the bog standard half mat I got are viewable on Google Maps.

My order for mats have arrived and they do not fit my vehicle, they are way out on their measurements, even though I entered my vehicle reg on their web site and the Make & Model of vehicle corresponds.

But the company have no telephone numbers to contact, no live chat (even though they advertise as having one) do not answer to Facebook messaging, so now have to wait on them replying to my email………….

I placed an order for some custom car mats for my new car as I had previously bought mats from Finest Car Mats and received good quality mats.

Well not on this occasion. I purchased the 2nd from best carpet choice and was upgraded to the prestige type (well that's what it said at the time of ordering). I paid £71.39 and I received some mats a few days later that were paper thin, a very poor quality of workmanship and looked very similar to mats I could have purchased from home bargains or b&M for £20. The stitching was all over the place and I was not happy with the quality. I contacted Finest Car Mats to advise of my issue and that I wasn't happy. They apologised to me and said give us chance to rectify the issue. I agreed and they said they would send me another set free of charge but the best carpet choice. If I wasn't happy I could return both for a refund. I received the second pair of custom mats and although the carpet was slightly thicker than the original ones sent, the stitching was all over the place, the edges of the carpet were sticking out in places and the mats were not flat.

I contacted Finest Car Mats again to say I was still not happy and that I would happily return these car mats to them at my own expense for a full refund so I could purchase from somewhere else.

I also asked what had happened to the company, as I have placed orders with them before and have always been very happy with my purchase(s). I was told that the company had new owners.

The new owners are clearly cutting corners and manipulating customers into thinking they're getting good quality custom designed car mats but in reality their products are poor quality.

I have since sent pictures and videos of my order comparing them with previous orders from Finest Car Mats and have had no reply.

These people have no Morals or Principles. I have also caught them telling me lies (I have email proof). Now trying to get a refund is proving very difficult.

I do not trust this company and I certainly don't recommend them to anyone.

As of Monday 24th November 2025 I have still had no reply from them !

These are not premium or anything like!

Regret I used this company without reading reviews. 20% one star reviews is chronic. The order was completed but only after one month of to and fro. I was concerned that this was a scam.
Information from the company was limited. There is no telephone access which should put everyone off but you only find out when they fail to deliver.

Search at companies house shows this company was dissolved last year. Asked Trustpilot to review activity but I regret no results have been reported.

Good company to deal with, easy clear numberplate ordering system, mats arrived in about 10 days. Small problem that one of the clips did not fit over the peg on the car floor, but no problem as they quickly resolved with no quibble. Would buy again from them.

I am now reading that this Company was dissolved last year - why then are they still taking orders and money off Customers???
Multiple reviews on here with people saying they've been in communication with them. I've been emailed them for nearly a week and getting zero replies. When I threatened legal action, their website was suddenly updated to show my order as despatched and gave tracking number for EVRI. EVRI tracking saying they've been waiting on the parcel since 28-Oct-25!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THE COMPANY DOES NOT EXIST. THEY ARE TAKING ORDERS AND MONEY ILLEGALLY!

This is my second time ordering from FCM, and they did not disappoint once again.

I ordered my previous carpets over 2 years ago and they’ve lasted me very well. I’ve ordered another pair from the same company as I don’t trust anywhere else to provide such good quality carpets.

I’d recommend to anybody to get carpets from here, especially the higher quality ones as they genuinely give the want to take your shoes off, they’re so comfortable.

I ordered two car mats from Finest Car Mats over a month ago but have only received one so far. I’ve contacted the company several times and have been told repeatedly that the second mat is on its way, yet it still hasn’t arrived.

It’s a real shame because the mat I did receive is great quality — well-made, fits perfectly, and looks excellent in my car. Unfortunately, the customer service and delivery experience have been very disappointing.

If they could sort out their communication and fulfilment process, they’d have an excellent product to back it up. As it stands, I’m still waiting for my second mat and feeling quite let down by the service.

Ordered a set of Prestige mats and took weeks to show up. But they only sent a front set of Prestige mats. Contacted them and it took further time for the rear mats to show up but they were cheap and basic. Contacted James who promised to sort it out but lo and behold, a week later, another set of cheap and basic rear mats showed up.

Appalling company and service. Stay away!

Excellent product and first class customer service

I ordered some car mats for my Volvo, I ordered the premium quality mats. Paid £50 for them so I was expecting decent quality. Firstly, their delivery was terrible. I waited 3 weeks for them to arrive, and heard nothing from the seller. When they arrived they're the same as those cheap ones you can get from Halfords etc. this is a scam. They don't respond to you. Terrible company. AVOID!

Just received my order for car mats for vw troc and they are fantastic great quality and really look good delivery was good and on time 👍

I ordered a set of Pestigue car mats with a coloured edging . For my BMW 640 . They finally came after 10 days or so.
What a dissapointment. Made of the thinest cheapest material and bound with very thin edging joined in many areas.
They cost £59.95 and look like £10.00 worth . I would be embarissed to put them in the car. They have no fixing points and fit poorly.
I folowed the procedure of emailing them and the reply was we will only give you a partial refund and you have to pay the post !!!

The customer service from James and the team at finest car mats was quite simply exemplary. All my queries were answered clearly and very quickly. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality car mats at good prices!
