In the springtime, we thought about garden eating. Heh, I know it’s Scotland but maybe global warming will take our averages above 10 degrees.

We chose the complete Forno garden package. Paid up front and prepared by using the scheduled delivery time to plant aromatic herbs and refurb the garden furniture. We had completed the purchase on the basis of a promised delivery date...........and so the story starts!

I am not sure who is really responsible, but 4 months after the delivery date we were still discussing missing items despite another franchise offering “in stock” delivery. I have given this review two stars, only on the basis of the customer service team being so pleasant. The unit has been used but not enough to garner expertise in wood fired cooking and definitely not in pizza making. I think video training is essential with hints and tips from the professionals.

My suggestion would be to either tie down Denmark on delivery or look at the other franchise holders in the uk and shop around.

Oh, and I blame Brexit, Covid, indy Rev2, Climate change ..........but never poor business models!

So… I ordered Morso Forno and various accessories. I have to say I eventually got everything delivered (over 6 months!) the delays were more related to delays in stock coming from Morso rather than Firehouse. Also no additional deliveries for the staggered shipments. Communication with Ana was rapid and efficient and stayed on top the outstanding accessories. Between Firehouse and Morso the customer service was efficient and a damaged item was instantly replaced.
The Morso Forno is a solid piece of hardware that is also aesthetically pleasing. I have very much enjoyed using it for more than just pizzas!

Great product and service! Both have the wow factor!

I am delighted with our new Kamado Joe. It's expensive but worth the investment and buying the bundle deal with the pizza accessories was a competitive price. Customer service was excellent. I was emailed when one item of my order was out of stock and given the choice to have the order sent in two deliveries or to wait. I asked for the two deliveries, I wasn't waiting long for the remaining items to arrive.

Excellent service, my barbecue arrived very quickly. I had an issue with payment (not their fault) but the staff dealt with it promptly. Excellent value for Kamado Joes!

Not that this will make any difference, I was only going to order a fire (not with the cooking option) I only ordered through yourselves because off 1. delivery time 2. a free cover & 3 the free pizza set. Fire was late, the fire cover only came this week (4 months after the fire) and you sent me a free meat set as your pizza sets were delayed by 6 months - frankly a disaster experience. If I had more time on my hands I would be taking you to task on this. Based on the above if you are a credible company I look forward to receiving the pizza set in the post - It is nearly 6 months now!!

Although there was a delay in supply, we were kept up to date with helpful, friendly service by Firehouse-Uk. I’d definitely buy from them again

Great products but don't trust their offers! I had my oven delivered was advised the supposed free accessories would be delayed which I was happy with however they ran over some 2 months being delivered! If I hadn't had chased them so much I would be very surprised I would have got them at all. I had to buy a pizza peeler and oven cover separately so by the time I got them it was a waste of time.

Excellent product and delivery.
Unfortunately due to Covid and Brexit the order was delayed and then a small mistake made with one of the items, but the service was at all times really excellent. Ana from the sales team always replied to emails promptly and arranged for the wrong item to be collected and the correct item delivered within 48hrs. Thank you!
