The price was reasonable the quality second to none very good windows the staff from start to finish were very professional and would recommend this company as your first choice

From the initial quotation with Ray to the speedy installation date from the team and finally the fitters on the day everything has been brilliant!

On the 7th July 2025 I had fitted a lounge window a kitchen window and a lounge French doors. My original gentleman sales agent told me the quality I should expect. And he didn't exaggerate the fitting and the workmanship far superpast the expectation that I was expecting. The team for first choice from sales office staff and then Singh and Happy the fitters did not disappoint the workmanship and quality from Singh and his wife was nothing short of perfection and they didn't do anything by half they was also very polite and clean and tidy.
Ray the sales agent came after the job was finished to make sure everything was to my liking Ray himself was very good at his job and was very polite and put me at ease. I will definitely go to first choice doors and windows for my next jobs and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to my family and friends

From quote to install. We are very happy. The instillation team did an amazingly job super quickly but still quality and so clean during and after they were at our property. Would recommend them 100% 👍

We had a meeting today with the First Choice representative, following what was a good presentation we decided to place an order for a new cladding system to be fitted.
The salesperson was very helpful, this gave us the confidence to place an order for there company to carry out the work.
We will give a follow up when the work has been completed.

From the quote to the finish product couldn’t have asked for anything better, was recommended through a family member who have previously had work done by them.

I have had windows and doors from first choice. I have found there work to be fine and the work man clean up afterwards.

From the original quote provided by Ray (who I cannot recommend highly enough), through to aftercare I was extremely impressed with the service. The fitting team were excellent and did a thorough clean up throughout every room that they worked in. My house is rendered and I was concerned about damage to the render, however there was very little damage and any that there was, was repaired to a high standard.

The couple who fitted our new bay windows on the 26th of June were very professional from when they started till they cleaned up. They took care to fill in any cracks.
The sales agent who came first (ray) was very informative and polite. He did not try to push us into an agreement he gave us the quote and rang us a couple of days later. Which we gladly accepted. This is our fourth time of using First choice in two properties and we have no qualms in recommending them.

Our replacement conservatory tiled roof was expertly installed by first class fitters. Very accommodating. Not the cheapest but, at this stage, it looks first class.

Very polite all the way through from the canvaser to the sales rep, no pressure to buy on the day. They gave us their best price and then some, to accommodate our budget. We would highly recommend first choice windows, even if you are thinking of having the work done in 12 months as their quotes last.

We have had windows,doors and soffits done at various times, always happy with the fitters and the products.

I had a porch infill fitted 7 years ago which is still perfectly ok i have ordered some more work to be done after visit from Ray sales rep,very pleased with the cost.I am happy to recommend this company.

Just had my third job completed by First Choice which was the remaining windows in my 3 bed detached property including a big bay window in my lounge. First job back in February 25 was the fitting of a new back bedroom window with multiple openers replacing a very old and worn out single opener UPVC unit at the same time as a brand new UPVC front door. I was so impressed with the quality of the work by their lovely Asian Husband, Wife and Son (I think?) fitting team with their attention to detail and workmanship that I ordered a new back door to be fitted April by the same team up to the same standards as above. Kyle from their Sales and Service Team subsequently negotiated an excellent deal with me on a one year buy now-pay later finance agreement with V21 Finance to upgrade the remainder of my windows and this was completed Monday 16th June by the same fitting team to the same high standards as before. Absolutely delighted with my new Energy efficient modern units, all with lovely gold locking handles. I should add both my front and back doors were fitted with high quality anti snap APECS lock barrels supplied with 5 keys each, so no cost cutting with cheap locks. Also I should add that my installation team took away all my old windows and glass for disposal and really cleared up after the job was complete. Dust sheets were carefully used throughout the house as required for all jobs completed.
Kyle has also left me with an excellent quote for possible future upgrading of my conservatory windows and doors.
In conclusion, absolutely no regrets in choosing First Choice Windows for my work. They may not be the cheapest around but I have found the quality of their products and installation have been second to none and would well recommend you consider them if you are looking to upgrade your windows, doors or conservatory. I should say that I was aware of First Choice Windows and Doors as they have done other jobs on my estate.
