Thank you very much for getting mortgage offer so very quickly. Based on my observation Damian is very knowledgeable and experienced. He collected all the information and document's require for the application from me and my wife. He spent time on our case over weekend and came back to us very quickly with products from different vendors that suits to our needs and briefed us of the products. We have called him few times to get clarification for our queries. He is very assertive and clarified all our queries with patience. His guidance and advise made smoother in choosing the right product . We have received the mortgage offer in a week from the day of submission and we were delighted and surprised to get the offer so quickly. This now really helps us a lot in planning and executing our next steps with sufficient time and with little or no pressure.
Joanne is so very helpful with her guidance for the documentation and application process. She is very approachable and swift in responding to our calls/emails.

Found first mortgage a few months ago from an online search, great to have an initial face to face with Geo to talk through our options and get a decision in principal to be able to start looking at properties within a set price range. Following up via zoom and email after that was helpful to fit around work.Geo found us a good mortgage well within budget and gave us clear email instructions as to what we needed to gather for the mortgage application, she was very accommodating to make amendments when requested. Yvonne has kept us up to date via email and phone and responds promptly to any questions we have had, she is also clear in her emails and cc's us in correspondence with other agencies. This has been a really useful service as a first time buyer as I was clueless about what we needed to do! It is great that this is a free service for the customer!

Ive used First mortgage for years. They've done everything from new mortgages to remortgages and a number of insurance policies.

They take all of the hassle out of what can be a stressful process. They're readily available including weekends and evenings and are efficient with responses.
