First time finance and Ripley have been so good.. house buying, mortgages and all the legal stuff can be difficult to understand at times but Ripley has been great at answering any questions I had regardless what it was.

As a migrant on a skilled worker visa, Ripley was very approachable and knowledgeable on all the terms and intricacies around purchasing with my status. He very patiently walked through all the steps and was eager to explain where anything was unclear.

He’ll do his best to put you in the best position in your house buying process. While I had to pull out of mine for personal reasons, Ripley had already secured my mortgage agreement with quite a significant LVT at one of the lowest interest rates on the market. But he has been so supportive through my circumstances. More like a friend than a just your mortgage broker. I found Ripley at a time when every mortgage broker was telling me it’s impossible to lend certain amount to get that home I loved; as I have not been up to 3 years in the UK and based on my salary range, but Ripley with relentless effort did the impossible and was able to secure me a good mortgage and did not stopped at that, him and his team made sure that as mortgage rate goes down they are helping to secure these favourable rates.
