Ripley is fantastic! As a first time buyer, I was new to the process and had lots of queries, Ripley was always professional and responsive, talked me through the whole process and provided sound advice through out. From the moment we started dealing with Ripley, communication was very straightforward, fast and simple. He created a WhatsApp group and added us for the sake of convenience. To make the process of sharing documents easy, he used a website in which the documents required can be uploaded one by one without missing anything. He kept us informed in each step of the process. One small thing I would suggest would be, not to push hard about buying protection covers. Leaving that out we loved dealing with Ripley. Our mortgage process was swift within two weeks our mortgage offer was issued. Though our case was bit complicated, Ripley managed to bring it home. I absolutely recommend Ripley. He is wonderful.

I had an amazing experience working with First time finance, Ripley is unmatched, he is friendly , professional and quite helpful. Whilelist other mortgage brokers told me it would be difficult to get a mortgage offer because I had not been in the country long enough, Ripley assured me that it wasn’t impossible, he looked into my case and managed to negotiate a good deal for me, I didn’t have to pay a higher deposit, also the interest rates were almost similar to what the high street lenders were offering. My whole experience working with him has been smooth. I was kept informed any updates through out the process and got my mortgage approved with in 2 weeks of submitting. Had an amazing experience using First Time Finance )especially considering it was my first time making a big financial decision). However, Ripley made everything so easy for me… he kept me up to date regularly and answered any questions I had, anytime throughout the process. First-time buyer
As a first-time buyer, I had no idea where to start or how the process worked. I had met with another mortgage advisor, he was always unreachable and so many questions went unanswered. Having Ripley as my mortgage advisor was the best decision I made, i saw why he came highly recommended by my friend who has used his services earlier.
From the beginning, he provided clear and detailed guidance that put my mind at ease. He patiently explained every step of the process, making sure I understood, especially when I felt confused or overwhelmed. Being a first time buyer and on a visa as well, the mortgage application and processes were really challenging and confusing, but Ripley’s expertise made it smooth.
His prompt response and knowledge was very helpful. I highly recommend Ripley to anyone navigating the property-buying process; he has made it simple and stress-free. He understands the mortgage market and gets the best rates!

Ripley from first time finance is so good at what he does. Two mortgage brokers discouraged us and told us no lender would be willing to lend my husband and I money to buy our first house because we haven’t lived in the Uk for five years . I had already given up until I came across Ripley’s Instagram page.
Ripley’s zeal to help foreign Nationals swept me off my feet, He is always available, positive and He is so reassuring. We got a mortgage offer in 2weeks and we are one step closer to closing.

Ripley from First Time Finance was unbelievably helpful throughout my recent remortgage. Due to issues with land registry, the process of remortgaging was far from simple but Ripley guided me through it and provided clarity during every step and made the whole thing so much easier. He also searched high and low to get me a deal that I am now very happy with too. 10/10 service and genuinely a lovely guy to deal with.

Well I first hesitated to have a mortgage advisor then I ended up signing up for Ripley and trust me it was worth. Ripley is very flexible and hard working. Guided me through the whole process of home viewing till completion of home. He is genuine and I would recommend him.
