Packaging was crazy so much of it = not very green I would say. Furniture not of the highest quality either

Really poor service. We ordered 2 bedside tables. One of them was defective (the foot was not attached because the unit had been incorrectly drilled, so foot was loose in the box).

We received advice to glue the item ourselves, not ideal with what is supposedly higher quality furniture. Not only that, but no discount or refund to cover the cost of rectifying h the defective furniture was offered, until we pressed them on it, at which point a %5 discount was offered, which did not even cover the cost of quality wood glue.

All in all terrible quality and service.

Very disappointing delivery experience with AIT Home Delivery, who were responsible for delivering furniture purchased from Fishe & Lilley.

The first delivery never arrived despite me taking a full day off work to wait. The second attempt arrived far outside the agreed delivery window, meaning I couldn’t answer the door due to work commitments. The delivery was only completed on the third attempt.

When the team finally arrived, they walked across wet, muddy grass and attempted to enter my house with muddy footwear. I had to stop them from bringing mud into the property. They also left the furniture at the front door rather than placing it inside, which made it extremely difficult to move.

The furniture itself is lovely, but the delivery experience was extremely frustrating. I would strongly encourage Fishe & Lilley to review their delivery partner, as the service from AIT Home Delivery fell well below what customers should expect when purchasing large furniture items.

I've been searching for a very small bedside to fit next to my bed. The value for money and service were great.
Easy to order, delivered as arranged, good quality for the price and I love them!

I stumbled across Fishe and Lilly after a very long search on the internet for real wood bedroom furniture at a realistic price. I read the reviews and everybody was very happy with their purchases, so I decided to place my order. WOW, I was blown away by how well packaged everything was, the quality, design of the bedside tables and dressing table is just beautiful! I shall definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone!

Quality of the bedside table is much poorer than expected, the wood is not well finished, there are several marks, chips and areas where the wood doesn’t align properly so the drawers do not open and close smoothly at all. and I’m sceptical it’s solid walnut/mango as advertised. Additionally it smells AWFUL. We’ve kept the packaging to potentially return if F&L can’t rectify but had to isolate the packaging in a separate room because it smells so toxic - what is in your products?!?

Ordered a bedside table. It arrived promptly, really well packaged and protected. Quality of the item was great and there was minimal assembly. Great experience with this company.

We purchased the Norway 2 drawer Walnut Console table. Excellent product, very easy to assemble. Ordered on Friday delivered on Tuesday. Very pleased with purchase and delivery . Would definitely use this company again.

The small bedside table with drawers that I ordered is beautifully made. Traditional workmanship which is so hard to find these days.

We found fishe and lilly on Etsy and instantly loved their designs. After ordering some bedside tables and receiving within 2 days, we could see the quality of the products. We then proceeded to order two chest of drawers and a dining table, with Stephen answering our questions very quickly along the way. Quality products and designs, quick delivery and customer service.

I ordered the Wright extendable Oak dining table which was delivered quickly. Everything was great! Until we got it out of the box and opened up the leaf and found two areas where the veneer was lifting. I contacted customer services who requested photos and then quickly arranged for the faulty table to be collected and a new one dispatched. I asked them to make sure that the replacement had a full quality check before sending it out.
The second table came within 3 days and they collected the first faulty one at the same time. Again, my husband put it together and again we had to to ask someone to come and help us get it out of the box because it was too heavy for me. Everything looked good until we opened up the leaf and they were several areas that were scuffed and a place where the veneer was chewed.
I have written this review direct to Fishe & Lily And I can see that they have not published it against the product.
The table was lovely and just the size that I wanted but the quality was so disappointing. For anyone considering buying this table, I would agree with another reviewer that the colour of the wood is not as it looks on the website.
The only reason I have given two stars instead of the minimum is because each time they did arrange collection and refund us our money back quickly.

lovely website, easy to see and underatand dims and other details. fantastic packing, the box was super robust and I appreciated keeping recyclability in mind, also love the cute and easy to find hardware box with everything needed to fit the legs so no scrabbling for tools. best of all the piece is lovely, well made and looks great and far more pricey than it was. only 'sticking' point is the lower drawer does not run smooth and sticks a bit.

Beautiful design. High and solid quality! Only legs need to be adjusted. Very easy!

My order was despatched and delivered within days but unfortunately one of the drawers was sticking. Customer service arranged collection and for another to be despatched immediately....fantastic service, thank you.

I had a very disappointing experience with Fishe & Lilly involving repeated delivery failures and poor internal coordination.

I ordered a chest of drawers that was discounted due to a cosmetic issue. I booked a morning delivery and took time off work, only to be informed on the morning of delivery that the item was not available at the warehouse. This same situation happened three times, with each delivery cancelled at the last minute despite repeated assurances that the issue had been resolved.

I was given contradictory information throughout — at various points I was told the item had been misplaced, then found, and later that a brand-new replacement would be delivered instead. The same failure occurred again, and I even received an automated email asking me to review a delivery that had never taken place.

Eventually, I was informed that the item had in fact been lost, despite earlier written confirmation that it was available. The order was then cancelled and refunded.

While customer service were polite, the handling of this order was extremely poor. The repeated misinformation, failed deliveries, and lack of basic stock control caused significant inconvenience and wasted time. Based on this experience, I would be very cautious about ordering from Fishe & Lilly.
