Terrible quality products. I ordered two bedside tables, one arrived and was fine but the second was damaged so I was back and forth trying to arrange a return with customer services and it was a rigmarole. After a couple of weeks they finally arranged a collection and then sent out a new table, only for the new table to also be faulty. I have now requested to return both and receive a full refund, but god knows how long that will take. The quality of the products is poor considering the cost, and the customer service is lacking.

Ordered 2 side tables for living room on the 16th January and they arrived on the 20th. Expertly packed and a dream to put together. Beautiful tables and very happy with them.

I spent £1200 on two bedside tables and an 'oak' dining table and chairs set.

One of the bedside tables arrived with no fixings for the legs, now after just over a month one of the legs has completely snapped off.

The dining table is an entirely different colour to the photos on the website which depict them as being light oak, when in fact they are a horrible orange-y colour.

This furniture is clearly cheap and badly made but marketed, and priced, as much, much higher quality than it actually is. Avoid at all costs.

The whole purchase and delivery was absolutely perfect. It arrived very quickly, well packaged and it was super easy to put the legs and handles on. We are very impressed with the quality and how sturdy these bedside tables are. Definitely up there with much more expensive alternatives. Took us ages to decide, comparing bedside tables from lots of different companies. We are so pleased we made the right choice.

Beautiful product, expertly packed and delivered quickly

I ordered a console table and had problems with the courier DHL who couldn't be contacted. I got in touch with Stephen from Fishe and Lilly who contacted the courier right away. I got assurances that if there were any issues he would get another courier arranged and he wanted to make sure I was happy with the item. Thankfully the table was well packaged, it is a beautiful piece great quality and value for money. This was my first purchase at a busy time of the year and I was so impressed that Stephen went out of his way and also followed up to ensure I was happy with the piece. I have been recommending Fishe and Lilly and measuring up to see if I can add a few more pieces. Thank you so much to the team.

I ordered an item of furniture which I ended up returning as it wasn’t quite right for the room. Both the delivery and return process was very easy and efficient.
The customer service for this company is excellent! . I had the same person deal with all my emails and he was very polite and quick to respond. A lot of other companies could learn a lot from this way of working.

I am really shocked and appalled by this company and their customer care. I spend a thousand pounds on a table and chairs only for the table to arrive with a huge crack in it. A second table was sent which was split at the joints. So a third was sent and this is also broken. Not only this but various attempts at having the broken tables taken away failed due to the wrong agrees being provided to the courier or the new table not being delivered to them in time. It’s now Christmas Eve and we have no dining room table.

I ordered a very expensive wardrobe from this company. They shipped out the wrong wardrobe (I ordered oak, they sent walnut). Customer support are useless and just ask you to email.
A completely incompetent outfit who are operating way beyond their means. Avoid.

We ordered the Scandinavian walnut Oslo side tables and they are beautiful! So well built and great quality throughout from the wood to the hardware.
They were also delivered very quickly, ordered on a the 10th and in my house by the 12th.
I highly recommend this company and look forward to purchasing more things in the future.

Loved the furniture design but descriptions are not thorough. cabinet isn't solid wood neither is it oak as suggested in the title although it does say the type of wood in the description.
The colour is different to the pictures but im happy enough with it.

Where to start? First, I'd like to say I have never received anything as well-packaged as my Fishe and Lilly bedside tables. Secondly, the instructions were easy to understand. Thirdly, I'm so impressed with my stunning oak bedside tables. They are beautifully made and a joy to look at and use. I would strongly recommend Fishe and Lilly to anyone looking for good quality furniture without an eye-watering price tag.
