I messed up and ordered the wrong thing but they were quick with helping me change my order to what I desired and got it to me in a reasonable amount of time. Lots of stock to cool wheels and fairly priced.

I was really happy with how fast the shipping was and the recommendations from fitment industries for my purchase. They also have great informative videos on YouTube about there products. The audhan bronze wheels on my red Tesla model Y Juniper look amazing. Thank you.

Never have I ever delt with such a level of incompetence. First time I went through them, I purchased wheels that were labeled as in stock, buy them, get a call hours later saying they don't have them pick something else, whatever, I find different ones, buy them, they send me the wrong wheels with a completely different bolt pattern. Years later today, I give them another chance, I order wheels AND tires package through them along with accessories...they sent my package to a completely different person, and sent his to me...I can't even begin to understand how the warehouse team can manage that. Every customer support member i talked to was baffled and couldn't even make sense of the situation it was so bad.

So now me and this stranger have to rely and trust that we send each other our packages undamaged or tempered with. I would not suggest them, they are the most unprofessional business I've ever delt with! A fricking Etsy solo operated business runs better then this company.

First time customer here, I have to say that I was impressed with the whole process. Wheels were packed super well and had excellent protection from the bugling carriers which almost always damage my shipments while making the deliveries. Wheels I wanted had a real long lead time and they helped me find a similar wheel that was in-stock and ready to ship.

Ordered a wheel and rim package for my MK7 GTI. I had a couple of questions prior to ordering that were quickly answered via email. The ordering process was simple and quick. I received my package a week earlier than estimated. Everything looked great, and installation was a breeze.

My only issue was navigating the site via mobile. It was kind of hard to find hub centric rings for the wheels I ordered, and eventually I gave up and ordered them from somewhere else. Not a huge deal, but just food for thought.

I know there’s a number of people who have had issues with Fitment, but I can’t say I had any myself. Maybe there’s new employees or something. Hopefully things stay positive for them moving forward.

Ran into a snag with a part being on backorder but the great team at fitment had a+ communication and get my issue solved quickly. I’ll always chose fitment industries for ordering car parts.

The advise was accurate and the fitment is good. The BBS wheels arrived in good condition and on time. They even came with the PFS rings and lug nuts, which I didn't expect.
