Still no refund – 4 weeks and counting
I bought a Taurus IC70 exercise bike which arrived faulty. Getting Fitshop to actually deal with it took three separate chase-ups before they agreed to a collection and refund, only after I formally exercised my short-term right to reject under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
That should have been the end of it, but it's been the start of a much longer ordeal. Since the bike was collected, I've had to chase multiple times just to get any update. It is now 5 weeks since delivery and nearly 3 weeks of chasing since collection, and I still have not received my refund.
A faulty product can happen to anyone, but a company should be able to process a straightforward refund without this level of chasing and silence. Based on this experience, I'd think twice before ordering from Fitshop, particularly if you might need to return something.

We’ve visited the Fitshop in Birstall a few times over the past week. Leon, Dale and another team member have been nothing but very accommodating and knowledgable in helping us decide on the machine to get. This definitely won’t be our last purchase with them
