Friendly well informed staff who were happy to take the time to make sure I got the right exercise bike at a great price. Senti, the guy who helped was fantastic. Would definitely recommend using this company

Courtney from customer service was exceptional in helping my resolve an issue. Great products and really helpful staff.

I had ordered an item and tried to cancel it but it got shipped out before the cancellation came through. I spoke to Courtney on their online chat service and she helped me start a return process instantly. Very quick and great customer service!

AVOID. Delivered damaged through a sketchy courier causing it to be missing pieces, ignored for weeks on end.

I bought a barbell and plates on the 10th Aug, delivered 14th by XDP, damage reported same day, response received 17th asking for photos. Sent them same day to no response - nudged them again on the 20th and was ignored again.

Finally on the 25th I got an email claiming my enquiry had been passed to their spare parts team and I responded same day.

On the 4th I re-replied stating I'd be invoking the 30-Day Right to Reject Faulty Goods (Consumer Rights Act 2015) if no response was received within 48 hours - It's now the 9th with no response.

Apparently I'm not the only one with this experience from such a shady company.

Solid Dumbbell rack, reasonable delivery timeframe for large products. Quick response when i requested an invoice.

Melinda was super helpful and she helped me find the best suited straps for me. The store also has a massive variety of gym accessories , definitely recommend :)))

Amazing experience visiting FITSHOP Leeds. Needed help choosing a treadmill and i was greeted by Zen who was fantastic with his advice and experience and recommended the Cardiostrong TX90 and he wasnt wrong, amazing treadmill and cant wait to receive it. Would recommend to anyone to go down and pay them a visit. The value in speaking to a professional expert and trying before you buy is unmatched

I absolutely love this store. If you’re looking for gym or training equipment in Glasgow, they have everything you could possibly need. On top of that, the staff are excellent and provide great customer service. When I visited, I was helped by a girl named Melina, who was very attentive and took the time to answer all my questions and help me find exactly what I was looking for.

I had an excellent experience at Fitshop while buying some dumbbells for my workouts, and I especially want to highlight the outstanding service I received from Melina.

She was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about the products. She took the time to understand what I needed and advised me without ever making me feel pressured to buy.

As someone with many years of experience in management and customer service, I recognise truly exceptional service when I see it. Melina didn’t simply make a sale; she made me want to return to Fitshop.

It was great to visit the Leeds Fitshop this weekend. As a former long-distance runner turned triathlete, I was looking for a treadmill that could handle faster running, with a stable and generously sized deck, good top speed and incline, as well as strong electronic integration and connectivity.

Zen was excellent in taking the time to show me the different options in store and letting me properly try the various treadmills, with Leon also providing some helpful additional insight. Dale was equally helpful when it came to discussing the options and completing the purchase with me over the phone.

Overall, a really helpful and knowledgeable team who made it easy to work out which machine best suited what I was looking for. I’m very happy with the Taurus T10.5 Pro and the overall experience with Fitshop Leeds. Would definitely recommend.
