Absolutely outstanding service from the moment we walked in.

We purchased an incline trainer and couldn’t be happier with both the machine and the customer service we received. Lorraine was fantastic she was incredibly patient, took the time to talk us through all of the equipment, and answered every question we had with exceptional knowledge and professionalism. There was never any pressure to buy; instead, she genuinely wanted to make sure we chose the right machine for our needs.

A big thank you also to Leon, the Assistant Manager, who was equally exceptional. His advice on the different machines was invaluable, and his expertise gave us complete confidence that we were making the right investment.

It’s refreshing to receive such knowledgeable, friendly, and honest customer service. The whole experience was first-class, and it’s clear the team genuinely care about their customers. We would highly recommend Fitshop to anyone looking for quality fitness equipment and expert advice.

They sent me a box of parts that were not labeled and Notting matched the instruction

The product is ok but took 2 days to fit because having to take apart as using wrong bits

She took the time to show me how to train properly, explaining how to engage different muscle groups and even guided me through what felt like a personal training session. She tailored her advice to my goal of achieving an hourglass figure, something I've always wanted, and gave me the confidence to believe it's achievable.
