Late delivery, but good customer service
I bought the HTR 2.0 hometrainer, it arrived a few days late and without the display screen. Customer service was great when I called and sent me one right away, but that also arrived late. All in all it was 2 weeks before I could use my hometrainer after ordering. The advisors I spoke to were super friendly and helpful though.
Definitely use this service but just be aware you might be waiting longer than expected.

Would buy at Fitwinkel again
I ordered a mace bell. It was sold for a fair price, and arrived the next day with free delivery. The mace bell is also a nicer quality product than I expected for the price.

Good crosstrainer, soso instructions and toolset
The crosstrainer is as advertised and works well.
The delivery was prompt and correct.
Only issue, the tool set with bolts and nuts do not match the instruction booklet, so I got to improvise a bit and the result is not mint. This is not expected when you pay 1600 for a home appliance.

Virtufit 1000 water rower
bought a water rower online. it was not delivered the day after (I ordered friday before 16hrs, and according to site should have been delivered day after), but the next monday.
the rower is nice and sturdy, easy to assemble. Seat is nearly soundless, and the water has a nice sound.
not quite happy with the console: very limited in its display possibilities. you have to choose between total time, and time/500m to be displayed, or either calories or watt to be displayed. during interval training, when resting, all counters display zero, so you do not know how many spm you are rowing..
SPM seems very inaccurate also, varies a lot, even though the actual movement does not vary much.
Also, visibility is poor, as it is not backlighted, and the field indicators are with black background. the numbers are black with clear background, and easily readable, though.

Perfect for homes and beginners
Perfect for small spaces as it folds horizontally as well as vertically. Very simple and easy to use. Exercise programs are build in and very easy to access. Minimum set up was required and took only 10-15 mins to put it up. Arrives in two boxes so two people required if needs to be carried.
Perfect for beginners and also safe for older children to exercise.
