Purchase of NordicTrack 1750 treadmill
I bought a NordicTrack 1750 treadmill from Fitwinkel.
Firstly my decision to buy from Fitwinkel was based on the great response time and support from the customer service rep Martijn. I had seen the same treadmill 250 euros cheaper on another site but with very poor response time and customer service so I opted to pay more but know that I got excellent customer service as this is important when you make a large investment.
The treadmill was delivered in less than 24 hours. What was missing from the package, Martijn immediately dispatched at no extra cost. While assembly by fitwinkel was not possible due to Covid, I spent 4 hours putting it together and Martijn offered phone support in the event I needed help which is above and beyond what I expected.
Overall great experience and made even better by Martijn's customer service. Keep it up.

Fitwinkel sell faulty products and their support is really bad
Fitwinkel support is really bad. They don't answer their phones and take 5 days to reply to an email. I bought specifically the virtufit 2.1 crosstrainer which proved to be faulty. Then I replaced it with a better model, paid the difference and the new crosstrainer also didn't work. Worst thing is they do not publish those reviews in their website so consumers cannot be informed.

I only received half my order
I only received half my order. Still waiting for the other half for over 2 weeks now!
So I cannot use it until the rest of it arrives! Very disappointing!

The service has been terrible the treadmill I purchased does not work. The return policy is not real for big equipment they have not arrange collection of the treadmill I purchased and even suggested I should take it to a PostNL point - the item is 75kg. I will NEVER use Fitwinkel again and would strongly advise no other customer to do the same.

Recommend to anyone wanting to get fit at home
It's been a week and thus far everything is perfect. The delivery was quick and the delivery guy was kind enough to bring it to the 1st floor of my apartment. It took 1 hour to assemble it, and then it was go time! I am using it almost overnight for 45 mins, and i love it!
