Complex Mercedes Problem solved, Great Service
I recently took my 4 year old Mercedes in for faulty Fuel gauge problem that turned out to be a very complex issue . The team were extremely helpful and courteous throughout the process.
Mohammed went above and beyond expectations to solve my issue , which he did.
I have nothing but praise for the way this business worked to solve my issue and would highly recommend them .

Used this garage for first time
Used this garage for first time. Booked in my v.w golf in for repairs. I had only purchased the car 5 months ago. Selling dealer had provided me a spare key but didn’t not program to the vehicle. Five star had managed to program the key for me which saved me a lot of money thank going to the main dealer. Thank you for you help and support

Very expensive and was charged for work…
Very expensive and was charged for work that did not need doing ( brake fluid and wheel alignment ) they missed out topping up the coolant ! and also a knocking noise from rear suspension should have been picked up on "road test " was missed !

Thank you for your review. We always recommend that brake fluid is changed and flushed out every 2 years, this is a manufacturer guideline and we always gain authorisation from the customer before carrying out any work.
Our test routes sometimes may not pick up a reoccurring noises if it is not highlighted to us beforehand.
If there are issues with the service we carried out please can you call us to for an opportunity to rectify this.

Top marks for being highly professional…
Top marks for being highly professional and providing outstanding service from start to finish. Booked online and when I arrived next morning all paperwork was ready to hand. Had a quick chat about the job which was a full service and a mot. A fixed price quote was given and I was told exactly what would be done. I left the car and went up to Greenhead Park for the morning. I was told of so some advisories on the tyres and was told they were not essential at this moment in time and that I should keep a check on them in about 6 months. From my own experience I would absolutely recommend them to all.

Don't really deserve the 1 Star
Don't really deserve the 1 Star. Total RIP off. £80 for tracking when you can get it done for £20 -£25 somewhere . They don't tell you how much then just charge what they feel. It was the 1st time I'd used them - never again.

Despite being fully booked we fitted you in. All our prices are clearly visible on our website for complete transparency. When it came to paying at the end you insisted you only wanted to pay £20 for the wheel alignment as mentioned also in your original unedited review. Unfortunately to maintain high standards and invest in quality equipment and staff we are unable to offer wheel alignment at this price and we do hope and wish you the best of luck in finding a garage that does.

Excellent service from the whole team
I cant praise the whole team highly enough for the excellent level of customer service & pride they take in their work. I had a issue with my brakes & they checked the issue & solved it same day including coming to get the car as I felt it was unsafe to drive, thanks!

Used this company for the first time and I found them very approachable. My car went in for an MOT and needed some work doing. I was given a full break down of work and the price. My car was booked in again for the work carrying out which was done to a high spec. I had a slight issue with the car phoned them up and they told me to bring it straight down. I took it the following day as arranged and they had a mechanic on it straight away. I was reassure the car was ok it just needed time to bed in again. Will be back and will spread the word how good they are. Well done guys.
