I’m enjoying this site. Have the app on my iPhone and iPad and also use it on my laptop. There are a few surveys I don’t get selected for, but that’s normal on all survey sites. Otherwise a good way to make a bit of extra money and have not had any problem with getting paid. I tend to claim in multiples of£10.

After completing every survey I earned a reward of $5 and when I tried to claim it, they say technical error please contact support. I have tried several time contacting their support and open a ticket. But there was no response from their community support. They are just looting people and they are hard-working money.

My daughter referred me to this app and said if you complete five surveys you get $5. Sounded simple enough so I signed up. I spent about 2+ hours completing the five surveys (after more than half "timed out" or said "you're not eligible" or plain out had a broken survey link halfway through 🙄). After I completed all five surveys, I went to cash out my $5... instantly got hit with "your account is under review" and was unable to cash out!!! I instantly contacted support and they assured me that my account would be "fixed within a couple hours" and it was just a precaution to make sure I was a human and not some bot. Here it is several days later, they are refusing to contact me back or respond to my inquiries or help tickets. They refuse to fix my account and refuse to allow me to cash out my earned $5, yet they are getting paid way more than I am for the work I PUT IN AND COMPLETED. This entire app is a scam. They reel you in and yes, you may get out with $5 the very first time but after that, it's impossible to earn any more and your account will likely get flagged and frozen as well. Really upset and disappointed with this site… they offer £5 for doing 5 surveys and I completed 4 which took a while but with ease and as soon as it got to the 5th I have been disqualified from every single 1 I’ve tried, and I’ve attempted well over 100 over several weeks on different day at different times! My husband has turn me on to five survey. i created my account on Jaunary 30th 2026. Absolute scam!
Multiple surveys that gather your information by letting you get 80% plus through and then suddenly screening you out.
Then finally I did get through a survey to 100% and it didn't credit. Raised it with a support ticket only to be told that the survey did an error at completion so I won't get credit because they haven't been paid.
Total waste of time, there are much better survey sites out there which actually credit you. This lot are just a bunch of scammers and then say oh not our survey not our responsibility. Basically they are the middle man who take all the profit and don't care at all about the people doing the work.
