They are scam site and loot peoples earning

I joined there website and I did survey very carefully and honestly. After completing every survey I earned a reward of $5 and when I tried to claim it, they say technical error please contact support. I have tried several time contacting their support and open a ticket. But there was no response from their community support. They are just looting people and they are hard-working money.

Complete waste of time

When you initially start completing surveys, they offer a plethora of good survey. Once you get to the last survey in order to cash out, suddenly all the surveys screen you out, or there’s “no more surveys at this time”.
I would NOT recommend this site!

They don't pay higher rewards due to "tracking issue"

I've reached a higher rate reward playing a game that was on their partner list. As soon as I reached a level that should have paid me £20, suddenly there was a tracking issue and they refused to pay. I've contacted their support chat (which is just AI), they just kept repeating the same. Do NOT use this app!!!!

Five Surveys is a bait and hook but nonetheless scam

My daughter referred me to this app and said if you complete five surveys you get $5. Sounded simple enough so I signed up. I spent about 2+ hours completing the five surveys (after more than half "timed out" or said "you're not eligible" or plain out had a broken survey link halfway through 🙄). After I completed all five surveys, I went to cash out my $5... instantly got hit with "your account is under review" and was unable to cash out!!! I instantly contacted support and they assured me that my account would be "fixed within a couple hours" and it was just a precaution to make sure I was a human and not some bot. I stated that they obviously now know I am a human and I even sent a copy of my driver's license as a form of identity verification. Here it is several days later, they are refusing to contact me back or respond to my inquiries or help tickets. They refuse to fix my account and refuse to allow me to cash out my earned $5, yet they are getting paid way more than I am for the work I PUT IN AND COMPLETED. This entire app is a scam. They reel you in and yes, you may get out with $5 the very first time but after that, it's impossible to earn any more and your account will likely get flagged and frozen as well. It happened to my daughter too after the first five surveys she did and after she cashed out the first time. They are also refusing to respond to her help tickets and inquiries for help. TOTAL SCAM OF AN APP.

Really upset and disappointed with this…

Really upset and disappointed with this site… they offer £5 for doing 5 surveys and I completed 4 which took a while but with ease and as soon as it got to the 5th I have been disqualified from every single 1 I’ve tried, and I’ve attempted well over 100 over several weeks on different day at different times! Obviously given up now as it’s pretty obvious they just don’t want to pay me the £5.

You are so poor to response

I recently received a notification that I am unable to take surveys until March 5, 2026 due to recurring complaints about the quality of my responses. I would like to clarify that I did not intentionally do anything wrong.
The only issue that may have caused this was that I mistakenly opened three surveys at the same time in different browser tabs, and I completed them. I was not aware that opening multiple surveys simultaneously could affect my account status. This was an honest mistake, not an attempt to violate any rules.
I always try to provide genuine, thoughtful, and high-quality responses. I truly value your platform and would never intentionally compromise survey quality.

The worst survey app

The worst survey app. It will take you days if ever at all
To reach 5 surveys because either:
-You’ll answer all the questions and just as the survey should credit you, it will screen out!
OR
-you don’t qualify for any other survey or keep
Screening out even when not 1 question is answered.

They may not control the surveys but they do control how many surveys you can enter. They will get paid for the surveys you complete so when you finish number five they have to pay out to you. What I noticed is that you have plenty of choice of surveys till you have finished four then number five takes days.

Absolute scam!

Absolute scam!
Multiple surveys that gather your information by letting you get 80% plus through and then suddenly screening you out.
Then finally I did get through a survey to 100% and it didn't credit. Raised it with a support ticket only to be told that the survey did an error at completion so I won't get credit because they haven't been paid.
Total waste of time, there are much better survey sites out there which actually credit you. This lot are just a bunch of scammers and then say oh not our survey not our responsibility. Basically they are the middle man who take all the profit and don't care at all about the people doing the work.

What happened!!!!
