Positives: The staff were consistently friendly, the front office was clean and welcoming, and I appreciated the regular updates on the progress of my vehicle repair. The actual repair was very good
Areas for Improvement: No courtesy car was provided, and no assistance was offered in sourcing one, leaving me without transport for two days. Additionally, my vehicle was in the workshop for almost a month, which was longer than expected.

Mainly well informed about timelines for repair. Had to do a little chasing at the end to confirm completion but had courtesy car so not really an issue. Excellent standard of repair and car returned lovely and clean .

Dale was calm, patient and very accomodating when answering my questions durng both the collection and drop off of the car. the staff were also extremely helpful over the phone, making the whole experience smooth and stress free. Overall a very good service and i would happily recommend them.

It was a pleasant experience. The only criticism is that maybe it took a little bit too long to finish it off but Customer Service and quality of Repairs is very good.

Excellent service. Very helpful reporting. As a walking stick user, however, I didn’t notice the signs regarding the slope down to the office and fell rather badly as the stick went lower than expected!

Only problem was took a long time to take it in for repair ,but was not in a rush anyway.
Offered to spray the doors to complete the respray for a small cost .
Replaced a number plate at no cost even though it was not broken in the crash to keep them looking the same .

Your garage did an excellent repair but managed to lose some items from the boot and despite calling your office I have had no news.

Excellent service from the moment my car was booked in. All extremely efficient, kept me up to date at every point. Extremely polite staff whether working with the booking in service to the driver delivering the courtesy car. The repairs updates were excellent, very clear and exceeded time expectations. Overall superb and woudl highly recommend.

These guys are the real deal. Called in and was greeted by a lovely receptionist who gave me the choice to come in or send an image of my vehicle damage.
Upon my Visit, was greeted and quickly attended to. Both Daniel and Sam’s service was outstanding. The work spoke for itself as vehicle looked immaculate and no damage was visible. Quick, efficient all whilst providing the best service. Will definitely be back!
