Super. Correct Service.

They try to take my payment 4 days before its due. Then bugs me fir a day or 2 befor I finally just go in and make my payment! Then it sits for 2 days and tells me it will be updated or up graded to my changes! But this is the kicker. Just because my paymentbnevervwent through 4 days early! They decide to mess with a chick and cut her service off 2 days early! Then I pay my bill everything works great for 15 mins and then bamb!!!! My services are down again after I left my house! Then comes back on at my house again! Boyfriend says im crazy and his phone works perfectly fine! Lol as always !! So whos messing with me?? Hackers?

So far so good. From times to times, they're some internet interruption, like the modem is rebooting (almost daily).

The price is good for how much data you get

I love how reliable my service is. I’ve never had problems in the regions that are well covered, and the user experience is very enjoyable. Plus we have little gifts once in a while that are soooooo appreciated. The only thing that prevents me from giving a five star is that, since I drive around a lot, I’ve notice that there are a lot of spots in the country we’re I do not have services for a few kilometres. It always gives me a little stress that if I need assistance with my car, I’ll have to walk quite a while to be able to call.

I bought travel add add-on and it was great. once I arrived to mexico, and activated my phone, my phone connected directly and I had internet. it was soooo smooth. I used to buy e-Sim from different providers on the web, but I wont anymore! thanks a loooooooot Fizz! keep the good job!

Good experience

Fizz should start the 5g experience with existing client first and offer at last a 1g internet connection.

good, fast service, cheap price, i have 25gb with around 25 bucks

So far have had zero issues with the service no drops in calls or anything else. Even if I am streaming off the internet in a basement I have yet to have a signal drop off at all it has slowed down or buffered a couple of times but thayvis expected and nothing unusual.
