Really great with flag insurance
Really great with flag insurance, the quote was exactly as the website stated, which was a very refreshing change. I personally added on one other thing to be covered on the policy. They are not pushy like some agents explained everything in detail. I personally get fed up with quotes online then once you contact them all of a sudden it’s gone up a few hundred pounds.
I would definitely suggest if you are looking for taxi insurance give them a try. Alan was really good, clear and concise and all being well after this nice experience will be using them again next year for definite.

Experience feedback
The lady we spoke to on the phone was absolutely terrific, she was efficient and understanding, I worked in customer service myself and I heard how she helped my dad with so much kindness! Thankyou once again! Please pass on our thanks to her and my dad said she deserves a award for her customer service! I think her name was Sharon.
