The communication and ease throughout the whole process was exceptional. The product is above average and well worth the price. I'll definitely be ordering more products and will use them for other customized kits again.

As above very happy with shirt designs and delivery. Communications a little slow at times but always friendly. Sizes came up a bit short on the short sleeve shirt but nice quality.

I searched for a long time to find a custom cycling kit company that had no minimum order. The design process was easy: I chose from their template and uploaded my designs. The helpful staff even created a long-sleeved design based on my short-sleeved design.
They create a web-page where your members can see and choose all the options for their kit (men's/women's, thermal/regular, jersey/shorts/both) and pay for their kit themselves. I do a group order for the bulk of my team, but it means that I don't have to be involved with the subsequent little orders.
The quality of the delivered products feels great.
I've now designed two teams' kit with FlameCycling.
Sometimes the staff take some time to respond to your design requests, but considering their designing time is free, I don't mind. The pricing on their website is in US$, but that's OK too.
Overall: Excellent.

Other than it takes a little extra time to get the shipment (and they are very upfront and accurate about ship times) this is a great company to work with. I have used them numerous times over the past three years and they have always come through with great looking stuff. Twice they expedited shipments (at no extra cost) to meet a race deadline for me. Their tools are easy to use and their customer service (remember English not their first language) is superb and quick. They have made slight color changes for me on a couple of things and they always post the proof before you order so you know exactly what you are getting. The sizes run a little smaller than USA sizes. I definitely recommend them.

The jersey is great looking and seems well made.I guess time will tell.

I contacted Flame Cycling to create a custom jersey for my friend for his birthday, and they said they would create a product page. That was the last I heard from them - that was ten days ago I've contacted them three times since asking what the status is, and I have not gotten a reply. I put a lot of time and effort into the design, and have been really hoping to get his birthday present made, however I don't think they're going to reply.

Their customer service is terrible, and I think the rest of the reviews on this site look suspiciously fake... I wouldn't use Flame Cycling.

After ordering $2000 worth of jerseys and paying in full and providing a full design breif the representatives failed to respond to any emails over the course of 6 weeks. Finally after legal threats, they simply responded "Your jerseys are in production" When asked, when will they be sent or received? they have not yet responded, this was some 2 weeks ago. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Bought just one shirt to see what it was like. I am definitely getting more and designing another for my riding group. Very happy

Flames website was easy to use, customer service was very good and the goods arrived so quickly i was amazed.

I like these jerseys. They are a good price and it is nice to make custom jerseys for our group. However, be aware that the sizing of the jerseys runs extremely small. One of our group according to the size chart should have worn a Large. He ordered an extra Large and it still didn't fit.

The postage was super super slow and i had asked if two tops could be changed to Medium and small. I was assured that this is fine.
They were not.

Our jerseys got to us, just as I had designed them, right when they promised. I was so pleasantly surprised at their quality and appearance when I opened the package. Bright, vibrant colors, and sharp images. Highly recommended!!!

Flame cycling were very responsive during all phases of the design and production of our cycling jerseys. They were also very detail oriented. We would recommend them to other groups looking for specialized designs.

Ordered a bike jersey. Looks pretty cool. Came in a reasonable time. Make sure you order at least one size larger. I read other reviews and took their advise and ordered a size larger. glad I did.

Ordered my sample gear and paid for since march 20 and its now May 9 and still have not receive my order. Never going to order here, i would look elsewhere if i was you.

After reading your reviews I hesitantly ordered 2 cycling kits after I was promised that I would get my products on time for the bike New York team. My event date was told to Flame and they said they oils get the products to me. I did not receive the 2 cycling kits or the additional jersey and I would like a refund

I'm very happy with the cycling jersey, sizes run small, but I knew this and ordered one size up.
