Flatio is a super secure platform that has a lot of rental demand for various segments. Flatio's support works very well, questions are resolved quickly and in a personalized way. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to rent or monetize a room or apartment!!

I was nervous about making a long term rental using a site I didn’t know, but was impressed with their offer. I received a rental contract and everything was included, even insurance, so I didn’t have any surprises. Communication was clear and frequent before and towards the end of my rental period, so I knew what was expected. Very happy with Flatio.

Not reliable service since the landlord can cancel the contract anytime without reason.

This just happened to us, months after signing the contract, the landlord just canceled the contract without a reason.
We already booked the flights etc...

That makes Flatio not a useful service, if you want to make a reservation far in advance. U cannot trust that u actually will be able to move in...

Not all of the information about the flats or apartments on flatio is given by the owner including reviews and once you are there, its difficult to look for something new in last minute so you must stay. We stayed in one flat for around 2 months but it had molds. After leaving we wrote a review that the flat had molds (during cold weather) and low energy level but we realized that the owner must approve the review. I believe this is bad characteristic of flatio because the owner can choose only the good reviews to be on their profile. The reviews of the flat we choose were pretty high i.e. 4/5.

UPDATE: We were contacted by person from flatio about details for our review. We wrote an email and send pictures. Our review was published. I guess they check the valitity of reviews first. From previously 2 stars I will give 4. Still, I was disappointed why they don't insist on more information for the flats from the owner and tenants (because the damage was done.)

I had never heard of this site, but it is very professional. To rent the flat, a contract is issued. It was my first experience and everything was perfect, I will definitely use it again.

Flatio was an excellent website with a large number of rental properties available in Portugal. They made the coordination of signing a lease very easy, especially from the other side of the world. The helpline was responsive to our questions.
