My integrated fridge freezer stopped working after 3years . Unfortunately out of warranty .the engineer could not believe the poor workmanship . The fridge had obviously come out of the factory in a poor condition . I would definitely not recommend this product to anyone . He is still in the process of trying to fix it (no fridge for 1week ) the parts take a while to come .

Wouldn't give it any stars my surrounding on the hob as all peeled of all rusty I'm raging I didn't look at reviews before I bought I rang currys so ignorant never buy this cooker 😡😡

I didn't realise the cooker had a faulty seal on the oven door causing heat to escape each side until I had a gas check. Currys told me to contact their fitters as they should have checked it. He told me to ring flavel
After several options I got through I told them my problem. They cut me off. The cooker is just over a year old. I won't be buying from flavel again.

Extremely bad quality. Do not buy unless you want to regularly pay for repairs.

The paint comes off quickly and hobs stop working within months.

I bought this cooker as was a good price from curry’s ,unfortunately not sure why but the color has come off the glass when I cleaned it ,
I didn’t use abrasive cleaner
I called as was under warranty and reported this and paid for extra care but no one wants to know as cosmetic,,
It looks like I’ve had a cooker years instead off months .

Having had a new kitchen installed in 2019 in which I was persuaded to take Flavel appliances I was disappointed to have to pay over £140 for a cooker repair within 30 months.
2 months on and the integrated fridge freezer has packed in 'beyond repair.'
The engineer who looked at it said he was surprised a fridge could completely fail so quickly and it was clearly not up to standard.
The build quality and overall reliability of both appliances is, quite frankly, rubbish.
When buying don't accept this make. It is simply a waste of money.

Worst cooker I've ever had the misfortune to buy. Two replacement oven elements in first year. Paint started peeling off in 2 years. Hob marks easily. Totally stupid double glass skin fronted oven door which makes cleaning nigh impossible. As time went on the fan got noisier and noisier. Never again will I buy a Flavel.

The biggest mistake I ever made was getting rid of my old cooker, the next biggest was buying this load of junk, Flavel Milano 50. I'm kicking myself.
Flavel is one of many badges that Beko put on the same product.
OK, I've calmed down a bit now, but not much so I'll be specific. Starting at the top, the pan supports are too slippy and won't support a small pan, you need diffusers, the enamel has started to peel off after two months. The rings, the small one is basically useless won't even boil a pan of water, the big one is fit only for the largest of pans, the middle ones aren't much use either. Now the grill, the book says you can make toast in 3 mins, no you can't, more like ten, then it's like Ryvita. The oven, things get worse, you need at least two numbers higher than recommended, don't bother with anything lower than seven.
Rant over, if you buy one after reading this don't blame me.

I spoke to Gurdu this morning. After explaining i held for 47 mins he hung up on me. the service you provide How can you get away with treating customers so badly.

Last posted 4 August after days of trying to reach Flavel customer service, still no further forward. Flavel is owned by Becko tried their customer service, same results unable to get through. Becko supplies some of the biggest retailers Currys ( where I bought my cooker) , AO , Euronics , the lid goes on . Once you buy there product and something goes wrong there customer service doesn’t want to know . They don’t even listen to Truspilot .

Surprise surprise, fridge packed up 2 weeks after warranty expired. £370 paid, £200 min to repair.....if they can. Disgusting organization. Never again

Had to start the review with one star, but they don't deserve any.

Purchased a Flavel cooker from Currys on 1st May, delivered : 7th May. 2 engineer visits finally resulting in a cooker just over one month old needing to be replaced. Currys were excellent in dealing with the replacement. New cooker delivered Saturday 19th June 2021, two chaps bust a gut taking the faulty cooker out and bringing the replacement in, so far so good.
first problem, faulty glass restraining clip, second problem, oven failed to stay on. Next replacement cannot be delivered until Saturday 26th June, and it ain't BBQ weather !.

Question: does anyone quality control Flavel ???

Bought a Flavel LFE Gas Fire in October 2020. This fire is an absolute nightmare to light. I spoke to customer services who advised leaving the pilot light permanently lit, not ideal for a £500 fire but it saves the hassle of trying to light it using the piezoelectric system. (The piezo system is AA Battery powered and I’ve changed the battery 3 times.)
