Just taken delivery of two new cars within the last week from Fleet Prices - both expertly arranged by Dale Sherlock and the support team comprising of Rochelle & Alisha.
Everything went extremely well with the orders too with Rochelle & Alisha providing regular updates and the delivery of the cars were in line with the original estimates.
Prices for the cars were very competitive and what you see on their website is what you pay.
This is the third time I have returned to place an order with Dale and I can honestly say that the customer service experience from all the team at Fleet Prices has been second to none 👍

I have been dealing with Steve Atherton who helped me through the process of getting my golf. Steve kept me advised at all times as to what was going on. There was a bit of a wait but it all finally came good. I absolutely love my new car. Thank you Steve. I am a happy customer thanks to you.

Great company!, Dale and Rochelle were brilliant, I was kept informed on a regular basis. Also received a call from Dale after the delivery of the car, to make sure I was happy.

This was my first time leasing a car other than through the local dealership.
I dealt initially Dale Sherlock, the office manager at Fleet Prices and found the experience to be first class in every respect.
When I had contact with other members of the team I found all of them to be of the same high standard.
I would not hesitate to contact Fleet Prices team whenever I need to change my vehicle.
EVERYTHING about the experience in obtaining my new leased car was EXCELLENT.

This is the second time I've arranged a lease through the company. Both times I've felt really valued by the sales and support team. They are friendly, bothered and kept me informed at every stage of the process. I took delivery of my new car today and this was unexpectedly followed up with a courtesy call to check everything was good - which it was.

I'm more than happy to recommend the company, particularly Dale, to find a competitive lease deal. I will be doing the same again in a few years when I need a new vehicle.

Bad service .

Looked up a quote for a business car lease on their website; rang customer service for confirmation and availability. Received same quote as online. Spent an hour to complete the finance application form. Three days later on Friday afternoon I received a call that they made a mistake and cannot offer the car for the price quoted. The quote from the customer service team comes straight from the website, which is incorrect. She also cited that they make it subject to availability. Since I expressed my disappointment and annoyance, the front-line staff member said she would discuss this with management. After the weekend I was told that nothing can be done, they cannot honour their quote. However, I pointed out that they still have the same price on their website which they cannot get a vehicle for!!! Beware of any quote from either their website or their customer service - it may just be too good to be true!

Very smooth process. I was a little unsure on what I actually wanted but Ashley was fantastic throughout the whole process. A lot smoother than I expected. As the car was new I had to wait 7 months and Ashley would check in every 6-8 weeks with updates that was good.

Great after care too from the whole team. Would 100% use again

First time using Fleetprices.co.uk. Very impressed. I was waiting for nearly 2 weeks for a competitor to arrange a quote. First contact with Natasa to having finance approved and signing the finance paperwork took just a few hours. Very quick to respond to queries and support team have kept me informed of delivery which is still expected on time. Most importantly, the cheapest quote for my chosen vehicle with no hidden extras.

Ordered with Leo, he was brilliant; although I had a car in mind he also looked at others that would have saved me money, went through pros and cons to help me decide which would be best for me. Always kept in contact with me up to the delivery, and when the car arrived it had a small chip (not Fleetprices fault) Leo jumped on it and got in touch with the dealer and arranged sorting it for me. Following signing up the support team were also great, sending regular emails letting me know what was happening with the car. Would definitely recommend Fleetprices and will definitely speak to Leo again for my next car

Whilst I didn't go ahead with leasing and decided to buy due to personal circumstances, I did get excellent attentive service from Robert Whyatt.

Brilliant service from Leo and his colleagues at Fleetprices. Kept me up to date throughout the whole process and even resolved an issue that I thought I had the day the car arrived (was just me being plonker!!) straight away.

Leo was brilliant and honestly he is a real asset to the company. After changing our minds a few times Leo stayed committed to guiding us through the process, remaining patient and taking time to explain leasing probably more than once to me and my partner who were new to the whole concept.
