Great Style Great Customer Service
We had a good experience working with Fleming and Howland on our new "bespoke" option sofa. Delivery time was extended a little longer than we expected however, the sofa arrived as promised and expected and we are delighted to have our sofa for Christmas.

Beautiful, well made showpiece
We wanted a statement piece for our new home and the red Chesterfield certainly fit the bill. It's incredibly well made, beautiful and uncommon. It's also quite comfortable. We are very happy with our purchase.

Beautiful sofa
I have recently taken delivery of my beautiful sofa made by Fleming & Howland. My reason for choosing this company was its ethos, from the traditional way the furniture is styled and made to the natural fabrics used. The choice is difficult there some lovely wool colours and leathers coloured using vegetable dyes.
The delivery company chosen by Fleming & Howland were brilliant, competent and professional with lovely Welsh accents !
I would recommend this company with confidence.

New William Blake Chesterfield
We received our new Chesterfield today. The sofa was exquisitely packaged. The quality of the sofa is top notch. From receiving the brochure, to ordering, to the arrival of the sofa dealing with Fleming and Howland has been a pleasure. The sofa is truly a custom piece of furniture. It was ordered in early April and arrived in Colorado in late August. A long wait, hopefully this will last a lifetime.

I found Fleming & Howland while looking for hand crafted Chesterfield Sofas. After receiving various brochures and leathers samples my Wife and I scheduled a trip from NY to Manchester to visit the showroom in Burnley prior to placing an order. Will the salesman went above and beyond arranging for a car service from our hotel showing us around the factory and showroom. He helped bring comfort in moving forward with ordering our two piece Cromwell sofa set. The process was smooth and went without incident, from placing the order, to following up with additional samples to verify our leather selection, to answering multiple follow up inquires. Delivery was top notch, we are impressed with the overall quality of the sofas and look forward to enjoying them in the years to come.

Getting better
This is our second set of sofas and chairs from Flemming and Howland. That being said, we are shocked at the misses in our new furniture delivered today. This is the Heirloom line, their top quality product. At this price point I would expect ZERO imperfections. I have forwarded pictures to the company and will follow up with their feedback. Note: the overall look, fit, and feel are exceptional, but I shouldn't have blemishes, scuffs, and miss matched leg stain colors.
Update: F&H customer service has been incredibly helpful and understanding. It turned out our sofa and chair were worse than originally thought, and are being replaced. Once we receive the new furniture I will not hesitate to give them a 5 star rating.

We are very satisfied. The furniture is perfect in terms of color, comfort and quality. They are exactly what we expected from Fleming & Howland's promise of luxury. The delivery time was slightly longer than agreed, but still within the time frame (order in November 2023, deadline March 2024, delivery May 2024). The service team kept us regularly informed about the status of production and delivery. We can only recommend Fleming & Howland and are very happy to have purchased the furniture
