We recently booked our trip to Punta Cana through Bella at Flight Centre, and she was absolutely wonderful to work with! From the very beginning, she was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. Bella took the time to listen to what we were looking for and went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. She answered all our questions quickly and gave us great recommendations that made our vacation even better. Everything went so smoothly, and we felt completely taken care of. Thanks to Bella, we had an amazing and stress-free trip to Punta Cana. We’ll definitely be booking with her again!

Our groups consultant Yolande was amazing!! I truly couldn't have asked for a better experience. My fiance and I have been in close contact with her since we first spoke months ago. She has helped assist our group wedding guests in booking their trip and everything has been so smooth. She is a hard worker, responds quickly, and her bright and bubbly personality is the cherry on top. Thank you for everything Yolande! I would HIGHLY recommend her for your group bookings!!!

We have booked two different vacations this year with the same rep at Flight Centre. She is on the ball and very patient, answering all questions and providing any info we request within a timely manner. It's nice to know we have one person we can go to at Flight Centre.

I have dealt with Vicki M at the Burlington Mall location twice now & would not hesitate to use her and/or recommend her. Right from me walking in she listened to what I was looking for then gave me some recommendations, some based on her own personal experiences. We chose to go with a resort she had personally been to and it highly exceed our expectations. Vicki went above & beyond making arrangements at the other end to accommodate us and a celebration that happened while away. She followed up before we left & also after coming home. I have been a regular client of Mariah's for many years. I will NOT book a trip without consulting her. She is professional, highly efficient and very aware of my needs on any particular trip. Travelling, especially nowadays, can be an extremely stressful and challenging experience. Having Mariah on my team takes a huge weight off my shoulders. Bottom line...she takes care of you! Consistently outstanding!

My daughter and I had to book a super short notice flight for a family emergency. Mariah was amazing, super quick response and able to pivot when our route changed. She really took the pressure off of us, we are super grateful and we both highly recommend Mariah , and we will be booking a trip to Australia with her in 2026!!

Very good customer service

Claire was so helpful. She took the time to walk me through all my options and never made me feel like she was rushing me, or giving me any pressure. I have never had such an amazing experience booking a trip before. I will certainly be calling her in the future to book all of my trips through her. she made me feel comfortable. Great suggestions as well as prompt service

My husband and I walked into the flight centre in Newmarket for the first time and met the lovely Hardeep Ryat. We explained where we wanted to go and what type of trip we wanted. Hardeep arranged a beautiful trip for us and we can’t thank her enough.
We already have a business trip that we have to take in the future and Hardeep arranged that one as well for us.
We will be consulting with Hardeep with a future business or pleasure trips. Thank you Hardeep.

I just had my 2nd cruise, flight and hotel booking now with Flight Center Canada in Toronto with Matt! It was a breeze going through all the booking during our first one in April 2025 so we decided to definitely do our future bookings again with him and now we had just booked again for an 11 day trip in December 2025 with him! Matt is an experienced and has attention to details - definitely recommendable! They are now located beside Union Station in downtown!

Shiela Conwi was an absolute pleasure to work with! She made booking flights for a large group of people an absolute breeze. The process was straightforward and Sheila was always quick to respond when any questions or changes came up along the way.

Flight centre is the best. We have always had great help from our guy Ryan as well as other representatives there. Ryan especially has offered great insights on places to vacation. He even helped pick out a place I wanted to surprise my wife with an anniversary trip. Ryan Milne always welcomes us just like a family member. We feel the Flight Centre people always work with us and not for us. They set up a beautiful Avalon river cruise trip which was spectacular. He always helps us pick the best flights and recommends places he knows we would enjoy….. never failed us.
