Unexpected behavior!!

That was my fast travel with flixbus but unfortunately it didn’t go really well.
I had to go to France for family emergency and needed to be there next day so I thought flixbus will be better choice so I reserved two ticket just for myself. When i go to the staion I saw the bus next to the stop and it is not even 50 staps away from the stop and there wasn’t much time left so i thought bus is waiting there and I thought it’s good to ask anyone, i went next to the bus but before i said anything the driver roll down the window and started shouting at me. And he was so rude to me i didn’t even ask anything!! There wasn’t even anything saying " Not in service".

This unexpected behavior not only pissed me off but also ruined my journey!

This can’t be a professional manner!!

Driver Smoking Inside the Bus – Company Shows Zero Care

I had one of the worst travel experiences of my life with FlixBus. During my trip, the bus driver was smoking inside the bus while driving. The smell of cigarette smoke filled the air, and there was no real way to escape it. I was forced to sit there and inhale it, feeling trapped and worried about my health the entire time. This is not just unprofessional – it’s dangerous and completely unacceptable.

When I contacted FlixBus customer service about it, hoping at least for a serious response or some kind of compensation, I received only cold, generic replies. There was no real sense of responsibility, no empathy, and no attempt to make things right. Refusing even a small refund after something this serious shows how little the company cares about passenger well-being, especially when people clearly suffered during the ride.

A company that tolerates drivers smoking in a closed bus and then hides behind “policy” instead of taking real responsibility is not a company I can trust. I will avoid FlixBus in the future and recommend others think twice before booking with them.

Almost 30°C on the bus. Airconditioning not working. Wifi not working. Charging is possible but only via USB and very slow. If i had another choice, i wouldn't be on this bus. In the end, we also arrived 40min too late... Shit experience. Only reason for 2 stars instead of 1 is because it's cheaper than the train

Their system sell wrong tickets for stops (Scam stops)

Bought ticket in Nederland for a stop. Turn out that day that stop was not in the route and I could get off in Amsterdam. Took me hours to get where my stop was after bus. As their driver confirmed their system sales tickets for wrong stops or for wrong bus rides. They ignored my feedback requests. Forget about paying for my public transport to back home, They did not even confirmed they read and fixed their problem in the system .

Not good

The bus was delayed and they informed after 10min of departure time when we already at bus station and also very no professional attitude of the guy who was standing at antwerpen station and last bus was not comfortable at all for long trip.... Very disappointing

Never ever travel with the company

Never ever travel with the company. They cancel the bus with no update and refused to refund me. They state that they will refund if the bus departed more than 2 hours. Byt if the bus was cancelled, and the next one is in 4 hours (so you paid to go and take the bus and they make you wait on the street for 4 hours) they say "Oh no, the bus you took was not delayed, it departed on time". Yeah, but you delayed me 4 hours. The worst company ever.

The driving was alright but the service…

The driving was alright but the service very poor and the staff very rude. They barely answer a question as a tourist and they even threw our backpacks carelessly on the ground while they had fragile things inside. And after complaining to the staff , they said they don't take responsibility about luggage and were very rude while speaking to us for no reason!!!!

A Flixbus bus damaged the front of my parked car while reversing and then just drove away without paying any attention

Not save for women traveling alone by night

Dear fellow girls and women,
Hereby I want to warn you for the flixbus station: Luxembourg, P+R Bouillon. I would suggest not traveling here alone by night. It is just a parking spot in the middle of nowhere with not even a place inside or toilet facilities. It does not feel save for women traveling alone.

Scam scam

We booked economic tickets Lisbon to Porto, reach on time, just to find the bus not on given platform and misguided by an angry driver to miss our bus..then we had no option but to buy expensive tickets, when I email for refund, they ask same information multiple times and no resolution, highly suggesting not to travel by this service..bad service with idiot employees

This is the worst thing that has ever…

This is the worst thing that has ever happened to me, this is the worst transportation company I have ever met in my life, without exaggeration. I have traveled with them 3 times, and 3 times I had problems, the first time I had a transfer in Berlin and the bus simply did not arrive, the second time I was traveling with some extremely stupid and redneck drivers, and also with gypsy passengers with children who slept on the floor and screamed at 3 o'clock at night, the last time they did not even let me on the bus because of my scooter, although I had bought a ticket for extra luggage, and all because of the battery, which no one told me about, I simply did not find information about it, no matter how much I looked. Of course, no one returned my money, no matter how much I wrote. If you want to travel with them because it is cheap, think 1000 times about it, you will not find worse buses, drivers and attitude towards you anywhere.

Sloterdijk

We bought a ticket from Amsterdam to Paris, but unfortunately there were no signs at the Amsterdam sloterdijk station indicating where the buses depart from. On top of that, they sent me an email only half an hour before departure saying that we wouldn’t see the company’s logo on the bus. They expect us to check this within just thirty minutes. By the time we figured it out, we had unfortunately missed the bus.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service! The first bus arrived in Brussel (from Paris) 1 hour late which led me to miss the connection to reach Maastricht, my final destination. It was almost 10pm and I checked their app which showed no more Flixbus going to Maastricht. The driver offered no help. Then I quickly checked the public train app and noted that I needed to run to the train station, buy a ticket, find the right platform and catch the last train of the day for connecting to Maastricht within 15 mins. Then I saw the FlixBus station agent in green shirt and thought I could ask him to double check. But that agent appeared to enjoy his "power" and made me wait "just give me a moment" despite I highlighted the urgency of the situation. He took his time; chatted with the driver and then checked in some passengers relaxingly and glanced at me from a distance with an awkward smile. Finally after a few mins he came to me and said it with a smile, " guess what, you know what the problem really is, there is no more Flixbus going to Maastricht today." I was literally traumatised by this disgusting experience of their customer service . Does Flixbus treat their staff very poorly or they have been trained very poorly? What a shame!
