Changes seats however they feel like. Had 9 seats bought close to one another in the middle, they changed it so 5 are in the back (the entire back row). Rude driver, broken chairs, no refunds. Just not worth the money unless you're a paypig masochist.
I DONT RECOMMEND IT UNLESS YOU ARE FINE WITH A BUS LEAVING 20 MINUTES BEFORE THE ORIGINAL DEPARTURE!
Sibiu-Mureș ride, absolutely disgusting, no refund, no apologies!
The buses are fine , the new routes towards Bucharest from Constanta just opened like a month ago and I haven't had many issues , the only real problem which is a pretty bad one if you ask me is the fact that there are no toilets on board and the drivers not only don't stop for a bathroom break but are also pretty rude about it. It's a health and safety issue and is just generally not sanitary.
USED THEM FEW TIMES FOR LONG DISTANCE TRAVELS, NOTHING TO SHOUT ABOUT BUT THEY DID THE JOB FOR THE MONEY. THIS TIME THEY SHOWED UP 25 MINUTES LATE, NO APLOGIES. MOREOVER ANOTHER 20 MINUTES OF WAIT FOR NOTHING, AGAIN NO EXPLANATIONS, NO APOLOGIES. ONE OF THE DRIVERS HAD A LOUD, PERSISTENT CAUGH, WASN'T BOTHERED TO WEAR A MASK FOR THE SAFETY OF THE PASSENGERS. NO TRASH BAGS INSIDE THE BUS, HAD TO DEAL WITH YOUR OWN GARBAGE THE BEST YOU COULD. ONE OF THE PASSENGERS WAS EATING A SANDWICH, JUST TO FIND OUT THAT EATING WAS FORBIDDEN ON BOARD, NO SIGNS ANYWHERE, JUST THE MOST RUDE ATTITUDE OF THE DRIVER. ALSO IT WAS FORBIDDEN THE USE OF THE TOILET DUE TO LACK OF MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL. THE MOST UNEXPECTED OF ALL NEGATIVE EXPERIENCES HAPPENED AS SOON AS OUR BUS CROSSED THE BORDER TO HUNGARY AND THE DRIVER'S RADIO STARTED BROADCASTING IN HUNGARIAN LANGUAGE, TO WHICH THE ROMANIAN DRIVER MADE TOTALLY INAPPROPRIATE AND HATEFUL COMMENTS REGARDING THE HUNGARIANS AND THEIR LANGUAGE, ALL THIS VERY LOUDLY WITHOUT ANY CONSIDERATION TO THE PASSENGERS WHO MIGHT BE OFFENDED BY HIS WORDS.

They make mistakes, did not stop with my station, I made 150 km detour to drive to my destination. Nobody answers to the phone to get som apologies nor compensation.
Our trip from Budapest to Cluj was smooth - but the two drivers were incredibly rude and talking on the phone many times during the ride. This made me feel unsafe and disrespected.
