Agree with all the other negative…

Agree with all the other negative comments below, ordered underlay and has not turned up, have tried to email them and phone them but always goes to answer phone! They never get back to you . Scammers, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM !!!

SCAM flooring Direct

SCAM company. I ordered vinyl on 13/02/25 and it hasn't arrived. I've been calling for about a week and the lines are always busy. Do not use this company. I've reported the issue to PayPal, who have now refunded me. Flooring Direct sent me an email the day before my dispute decision was up to say they had dispatched my vinyl then tried to pretend I didn't answer my door for delivery. I was in all day. SCAM do not buy from this website

Same as many others

Same as many others - ordered 3 door bars and 2 were delivered - messaged through eBay twice but no response - tried phoning many times and left message but no response - pursuing refund route with eBay now.

Ordered a t shaped wood effect…

Ordered a t shaped wood effect threshold. It’s not been dispatched, they don’t reply to emails and phone calls. I’m getting a PayPal refund because the company is useless and is probably closing down! I’m just pleased it was a small order and not a costly one like other reviews on here ! They are crooks !

Stay away from this company!!!

Stay away from this company!!!! I placed and order then the order was cancelled due to stock, this was on the 28/1/25 was suppose to be refunded. Have been calling and emailing since with zero communication back and no refund!! Horrific company!!

SCAMMERS!

I ordered a large order of LVT flooring to do my disabled mother’s room and hallway to allow access for her wheelchair and the screen has been stuck on payment received for over 2 weeks. Delivery was meant to be latest 11th Feb. When calling goes straight to voicemail saying all busy in other departments no matter what option you choose. Live chat is a waste of time too. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! SCAMMERS

I ordered vinyl Lino from them got confirmation and that’s it .called few times but it goes to message and message not answered.
I tried the live chat twice but no one is there.
I sent few emails to know the status of the order which I placed 12 days ago and again no answer

What a nightmare

What a nightmare. Paid for a carpet yesterday and then eventually got an email back (after sending NINE!) to say it was out of stock and would be in 'in a few days'.
I need this on a tight deadline.
I have phoned, phoned and phoned and even at 9am you just get a voicemail.
They are a bunch of cowboys. Have NOTHING to do with them. Abysmal service. Never again.

Ordered flooring tiles which came 3…

Ordered flooring tiles which came 3 days early , to my disappointment both bikes had been what I could only describe as drop kicked into the back of the delivery van . Both packs completely unable to be used . Flooring direct then sent out replacement packs for it only to happen again after nearly 48 hrs with no correspondence I received a very blunt email stating I’d be refunded in 5 days .

Non receipt of flooring

I placed an order via their website on the 4th Dec, received an email on the 9th Dec, from them saying can't deliver to my address, could I provide a mainland address which I did. It is now the 16th January and still no flooring, They don't answer their phone or their web chat. I have had a couple of emails promising to send or refund but nothing happens. I just want my flooring. Do not use this company, is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They have £370 of my money and I have no flooring. I am so annoyed, this company should not be allowed to operate. I have made a formal complaint to trading standards and hopefully they will deal with them.

Wish I had read the reviews before I…

Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered from this company ... absolutely shocking service .I ordered underlay and still waiting a week later. They told me to track using the number but XPD have no recollation of any parcel in thier system .Their website says 2-3 days for delivery but this is total lie .. When you ring no one answer the phone and had one email days later telling me it had been despatched ..looks like I will be out of pocket now and will have to use another reliable company to source my underlay
Should be reported to trading standards

Is there anybody there?

Have been trying to contact this company for more than two weeks via phone, email and chat. Had no response to either. Fortunately I’ve not parted with any money. Don’t waste your time.

Terrible Experience

Worst shopping experience of my life.
Sent 30 to 40 emails to this company, eventually dealing with Senior management Jordan, who refused to see my founded grievance. He wasn’t prepared to compromise on their inflated return costs, which, if he had of done would’ve brought this matter to a speedier conclusion, as I was prepared to have met them halfway.
Product company was advertising “ROYALE”
underlay I was told by other members of Fooring Direct they only sell their own unbranded sourced underlay not “ROYALE”and couldn’t understand why described that way on On Buy.com platform
To return product would’ve cost me half of all the value value about £31 through Flooring Direct returns Which was totally unacceptable.
I had no choice, but to go back to On Buy . com Platform that I purchased product through.
Again after ANOTHER approximately 30 to 40 emails to On Buy .com complaint after dealing with so many other people complaint was then escalated to Farham who eventually agreed to pay my product return costs which I sorted myself, approximately half of what Flooring Direct cost would’ve been. I used Parcelforce to return product.
On Buy.com also, instructed Flooring Direct once return received to refund my product costs in total.
After about 40 days & a ridiculous amounts of emails, this unfortunate matter has eventually been resolved and my costs refunded.
This would never have happened if I hadn’t of been so persistent in my belief that I was right.
