Actually found a company that would supply small quantities. I need a long metal carpet strip and Bingo they had it in stock, and a good price.

Very good Comms, good value carpet

Not going well so far - ordered Friday with items saying 'In stock - usually ships within 24hours'.
Recieved a string of 4 update/shipped emails on Mon (though without any tracking).
Wondering Weds what tracking was & when to expect delivery, I called the office - turns out the vinyl flooring had only been ordered from a supplier & they were entirely unable to give any idea when i) they would receive it & thus ii) when I would get it.. They also suggested that many customers were in a similar position (hardly a great sign!)
Poor service so far, & they've done nothing proactive to keep me informed. I'll update if things progress.

I ordered less than a metre of coir catpetting for my porch. Was well priced as I wouldnt have been able to order such a small amount from my local carpet store. I would use again. Evri had my parcel to me within a week. Ordered on 11jan, with me by 15th.

I am very happy with my vinyl. It arrived on time and was well packaged. Also I think the pattern is exactly as I expected from the pictures online - which we all know isn’t always the case with some companies / websites!

I ordered this on behalf of my organisation. We received our order promptly and wow what a great looking lino. We purchased the Pietro stone tiled lino and it looks amazing. Really happy with it and will definitely order from this company for my home.

Order lost by Evri. No surprise. Flooring Direct customer service very poor. No offer of replacement or refund and still awaiting update on missing order. Now waiting for Aftersales Ambassador to respond to my email. Would not recommend.

Cancelled my order over the phone and followed up via email about 14 days ago and I'm yet to receive a refund from flooring direct. I sent several emails to sales @ flooringdirect.co.uk and info @ flooringdirect.co.uk but got no reply. Called and was told the sales rep handling my order would contact me but have yet to do so. The communication and service has been disappointing to say the least. They were quick to take payment but are struggling to refund. I won't recommend them.

I bought some "hollow rubber entrance matting" to put on the doorstep from our back garden. It's not sheltered so coconut matting just gets soaking wet. In reality there is no substitute for taking your shoes off before entering, but this matting allows me to get the worst of the muck of before stepping on to the mat that's just inside the back door.

Excellent quality product. Ordering process was a breeze, simple to use website which helps every step of the way. I needed to ask a specific VAT question about my order which was answered by a very helpful member of staff promptly and efficiently. Excellent service. Flooring arrived well packaged surviving two separate boat journeys, cranes, tractor and trailer and fork lift.
