I have the same problems than many…

I have the same problems than many other customers of florydays: I want to send some articles back, after several mailsI l got an address in Belgium and I shall pay the Shipping costs by myself: 17,99 Euro!

Ordered on 11th April after seeing an…

Ordered on 11th April after seeing an ad on Pinterest. The tracking link didn’t work so I emailed them and was assured that the order was on the way. They provided a new tracking link which didn’t work. I still don’t have my order but the website is saying it’s delivered. It has not been delivered. Really unsatisfactory as I understand some orders take more time than others but this should’ve arrived by 20th April at the latest. I ordered it for a trip abroad but home now and still no sign.

Sorry Floryday have said they cant find…

Sorry Floryday have said they cant find my order or details??
I find this hard to beleive as I have had three emails from them regarding my refund. I gave them option one that was offered to me on the 11th Feb. 100% refund and keep the dress that is the wrong size. So why have they not got my details for the refund??
My reply went to them via you as I caught the wrong button when answering them premature.
I have given them some details that should be o.k.
order number name and address phone number.

Removable fur padded coat

Received coat today, absolutely awful! Was so thin, fur was like a strip of sellotape with hair stuck on it!! Won’t be ordering again that’s for sure, on the picture fur on hood was lovely, fluffy, so disappointed

bad quality

I bought two dresses from their company. Now I regretted that I was tempted by their refund options, expecting to get another one with good quality with the coupon but it ended up with disappointment again. The material is not silk, the size is not right, and their is a split on the first dress. I didn't notice it until three weeks later I wanted to put it on. The stiches are really rough. I'm not mean, and I have rarely complained or given bad reviews on the products I bought online. But the two products really annoy me, and I want to warn those who want to buy clothes from the company. The service is good, but the quality of their products is poor. However cheap it is, if the quality is bad, it isn't worth a buy. Besides, I got a refund for a product, 12 days later now, the money hasn't come into my bank account. It usually took 2 or 3 days when I got refund from other shops.
So my suggestions is: Don't be tempted by their refund options with coupons. It lead you to spend more money. If you're lucky enough, maybe you will get one with good quality. But from my experience, the products are not good. So rough stiches and materials, and the clothes have no tags.

Waste of hard earned money

Delivery was free but took a month. Very nice packaging. Clothes. CHEAP CHEAP and badly made, terrible fabrics and the sizes just do not fit
Xl is medium, xxl is medium to small.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. There is no refund paperwork.
I have learned a valuable lesson only buy from the companies you know and trust.

I choose to write this in English - they cheat on the discounts. Promise 5+7 but then tell you that 5 is max...

I choose to write this in English in order to reach as many as possible I have just spend an hour to try to get company to deduct the promised discount. I had a welcome discount of 5% and then the top on the order entry page said: "for orders more than kr 712 EKSTRA 7%" I was only able to add my welcome discount so I started a chat (only available for order entry) (of cause). No refond in this company

This company has a very poor return policy. They pretend that they are cooperative, but nothing happens ! I returned the clothes more than 4 weeks ago, They communicate that they are more than willling to help but I have still not recieved my refond. I lost 130 € !!!
DON'T BUY ANYTHING AT FLORYDAYS !!!
