I ordered a Christmas present from this…

I ordered a Christmas present from this company and unfortunately it never arrived.

When I contacted them, they claimed it had been delivered and provided a “proof of delivery” link. However, when you click on the link, it is broken and does not show any delivery confirmation at all. A broken link is not proof of delivery.

I raised this with Klarna, but despite explaining that I did not receive the item and that the proof link does not work, they have decided I still have to pay.

I am extremely disappointed. I did not receive the goods, yet I am being asked to pay for them. I would strongly advise others to be cautious.

Very stressful experience, especially as this was meant to be a Christmas present.

Disgusting company,item never received

Disgusting company,item never received, the same auto email response everytime. I have reported this further and they are going too look into it. Don't order from this company because they are a fake company! The specialise in ripping people off! You won't get your order and you wont get a real response as its an automated email reply,its the same reply no matter what you put! Im talking to citizens advice about reporting this company to trading standards. According to them i have a good case,hopefully it will help others from getting ripped off..

Absolute Scam

Absolute scam! Avoid, avoid avoid

I bought 3 stretchy shirts (£13.99 each).
They were very detailed on sizes so thought id measure myself to be correct.
Eventually when they arrived (3-4 weeks, presumably from CHINA)
They were too small, rubbish quality and didnt look the same.

I emailed them, to recieve 1 generic response. Since then, nothing.
Waste of money. Not even good enough to be used as a duster

Shocking return process

Brought some bras and they don’t fit. Trying to send them back and the “customer service “ email they give me I’m only getting automated response. After 7 days still waiting for an address or how to send it back. I wouldn’t buy from here again! It’s shocking!

DO not use this company. Absolute scammers.
My order order still has not been dispatched in 2 weeks time. If I would not start questioning, no information would be given. Let’s hope the refund will be processed.
There should be a ban for sellers like this.

I ordered a AA battery charging unit

I ordered a AA battery charging unit. Item was not delivered, after quite a few weeks, so contacted the company. I was told the item had ben delivered. I recontacted, and asked where the item had been delivered to? I was told in the reply to my query, to go around asking my neighbours, if they had the item. Otherwise try asking the local post office, if the item was delivered there. So basically they had no idea. From other reviews on this site, and my own experience, I would not deal in any way with this company. Certainly seems like a scam company. Avoid.

In response to the companies reply to my post. I did indeed contact the company concerning my issue. I was offered and accepted another battery charger to be delivered. Sadly, once again, i received an item delivered email, and was told the item had been delivered to my home, in a town called Lichfield. Lichfield is roughly 10 miles from were I live. And once again, when i contacted Foweraup, I was told the item had been delivered, and to ask around, or try local post office to try and locate the item. So again, the battery charger was delivered, but to goodness knows where. The company or the delivery company, certainly didn't seem to have any idea. So until any information comes to prove otherwise. I would say be very very wary of dealing with this company. There site has been removed from Shop. I personally will not have any dealings with these people. Oh, and if the company challenge what I'm saying, I have many many emails, to support what I'm saying.

Not a great product but they were fair with me.

. I bought a pair of trouser, when they eventually arrived they were not what I had expected. Dreadful
Material badly made with an elasticated waiste not shown in the picture. I paid £19.75 and they offered me £10 refund and said I could keep them. I refused this offer so they offered a full refund and a $10 voucher as a gesture of goodwill so all is good.

Inferior products

Order these heart shaped objects with sea glass and lovely words . Looked great quality and were in the sale. Unfortunately when they arrived they were very poor quality so I complained . I was offered partial refund which I accepted as saved me having to parcel up and take to post office and pay for postage probably and thought a charity shop may appreciate them . 3 times I have been promised my refund will be processed. Hasn’t happened. Definitely would not recommend this company. Also they bombard you with emails after .
1st February see response from company. 3 times I’ve been on to customer services as stated and nothing has happened apart from being fobbed off .

Purchased a pair of glasses waited probably 10 days for delivery they are ok for reading but not for distance so probably a bit like bi-focals but can’t see a thing out of them when looking ahead cannot even see how to return them!

One star is too good for this company

One star is too good for this company. Their adverts look authentic and really draw you in. However, on reflection now I have the products they look cheap, calcium balm sticks. I'm afraid to use them on my skin. I asked for a refund. They told me to give items out as presents as they see no quality issue and offered a 20% discount on next order. What a joke. Just don't buy anything from these clowns.

shower head holder

It was a shower head holder that didn't need to be drilled on. I am 5ft 11in and need it higher. My other one cracked with the weight. This is awesome! Delivered within a longer period than I would have liked but does exactly what it says on the tin!
