Terrible. Used this site as needed next day which was advertised as guaranteed. Nothing turned up and number to contact had me on hold for half an hour just to leave a voicemail. Made no attempt to re-deliver, now waiting on refund in 3-5 days, im not holding high hopes after reading other reviews. Lesson learned - check reviews before ordering as it seems to be a scam!

Do not trust this website I ordered flowers five days ago the next day Delivery and have been constantly chasing it up. Finally got a response today saying they were unable to complete the order and would wish you a refund within 5 to 10 days. Completely ruined something nicer with doing for someone who was really unwell.

I have ordered flowers to be delivered today (18th of May) and it was not delivered. I tried to call them few times, waited more than 30 min, no one answered and in the end line disconnected. Sent email - no response. The flowers were nearly £100 plus I had to pay nearly £10 for delivery and in the end no money no flowers. Dissapointing.

I ordered some flower for a bereavement to be told the night before by email they couldn't deliver....very very poor show.
I then spent the next 3 weeks try to get a refund!! Backwards and forwards with emails, no answer on the phone. Very poor customer services.

If I could give zero stars I would - this company is a waste of space. My sister ordered bereavement flowers to me to be delivered on Wednesday this is Friday and they still haven't been delivered. I got an email this morning to say they don't have a florist available to deliver the flowers - they certainly took her money without checking if they could fulfil the order.
People avoid this place at all costs - dear knows how long my sister wait on her money if she doesn't get her refund within the norm 3-5 working days she will report this company to her credit card company.

I ordered ahead of time. During the afternoon on the day of delivery they emailed me to say that they could not fulfil the order. They agreed to refund me but never did. Little point in indulging in protracted communication with their 'customer service'. The only way to get a refund will be through your credit card company or by involving other parties. It's either a hopeless business or a scam.

After accepting my order for same day delivery I was notified late in the day - far too late to maker alternative arrangements that it could not be delivered and asking me whether I wanted next day delivery or a refund.
I called the telephone number. I was heartened to hear I was 'third in line'. I held, and held, and held. It soon became apparent that there was no 'real queue of real callers' becasue as my time on hold passed the 25-minutes mark I was still frustratingly only in position 1. Undaunted - in for a penny and all that - I remained on hold until the call was disconnected and I got through to an answer service. The next day I tried again, I emailed and asked for someone to get in touch in desperation I sought delivery on the monday - two working days after the flowers were supposed to be delivered.
In fairness they were eventually delivered but the lck of communicaiton / failure to respond to my emails/messages or even to have someone available to pick up the phone is not teh standard of service I would expect.
