Avoid, it's a scam..

Ordered a bouquet of flowers to be delivered the same day. Was informed 25 minutes later that the order couldn't be fulfilled and they agreed a refund in 3-5 business days. The refund has never arrived and they don't reply to emails either. I have now had to raise a dispute with my bank to have any chance of seeing my money refunded.

Avoid using these charlatans at all costs!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY....

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY....
If I could I would have selected 0. They are a disgrace. I ordered flowers to be delivered. Got an email advising they had received my order and it is now being processed, to then receive a second email 40 minutes later - No Florist available and they will process my refund within 3 to 5 days!

Feels like a scam

I placed an order and £69 was very quickly taken from my bank account for a same day delivery. I was then contacted advising there were no florists in my area available and asking if I’d like a refund or to attempt a delivery the following day. I requested a refund and was told it would be processed within 3 to 5 working days. Over a month later, I’m still waiting. When I chase it up, I get told it’s with the finance team. Fortunately I raised a chargeback request with my bank which was actioned really quickly so I was not left out of pocket. I wish I had seen these reviews before placing my order as it seems to be a recurring theme with this company. Only giving 1 star to enable me to write a review, would have given zero stars if I could.

Atrocious business

Atrocious business, should not be allowed to trade. Ordered flowers for delivery, first excuse for failing to deliver was that there was no shops in the area for delivery to facilitate the order. Two more days past, still no delivery but promised delivery by the next day. Did not happen. Complained again and was told they did deliver but no one was in. Not true, as the delivery address has the person at that time housebound with a full time carer. Also no record on door bell camera. Now asked for a refund, promised a refund in 3-5 days. Still waiting for my refund and no more replies to my emails. Awful Business. Only sorry I have to give 1 Star to be able to post this.

Flowers not delivered

Ordered flowers for a bereaved relative which, with delivery charge, came to nearly £60. Flowers not delivered, refund promised (several times) but not made, despite reminders. Tried phoning but was just kept on hold. I don’t know if this is a genuine company but, if it is, their customer service is appalling and they don’t even deserve one star.

NO FLOWERS!

Ordered flowers for next day and at lunchtime told me "Unfortunately, we regret to inform you that we are unable to process your order today. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause". Clearly should not be in business as others have had the same issues. They have a 2.2 rating for a reason and gave them the benefit of the doubt but wish I hadn't. Would giver them a 0 if was available.

A further update, they have advise will not give me a refund and will make a relevant note on their system. In other words do nothing. They wanted to send some rubbish replacement, which I don't want as now too late for the intended purpose, and all they do is ignore the complaints. They do have a 20% 1-star review rating for a reason and sadly wasted a lot of money finding that out. They should not be allowed to keep people's hard earned money when cannot deliver the product!

Failed service refund not paid out

Ordered a bouquet for my bereaved niece.informed on expected delivery date that they could not find florists to fulfil the order. Refund promised. Date of order June 5th. Date of review June 19th.
Bank requested to start a claim. As previously stated this company is not fit for purpose

Avoid this is a scam!

Avoid this is a scam! They take your money, say they can’t get anyone to do the order, then say the refund is with finance. As others have said total thieves! Trading standards notified.

Very poor indeed

Very poor indeed! Flowers that were delivered was not what I requested and the condition was poor. Delivered Monday 8th June, dead by Wednesday 10th. Paid £68.00 - total rip off.

Ordered flowers for same day delivery…

Ordered flowers for same day delivery costing £80 plus... Chased days later to confirm delivery to find that the order was missed and a refund would be made back to our bank !!!!
Had I not followed this up I wouldnt have been informed?
Upset and embarrassed as it was to a nursing home after a death...

Avoid this company

I ordered flowers for my wife a week before Easter, but on the Thursday was told that there was "no florist available". So, no chance of finding another florist at short notice. Promised a refund in 3 - 5 days, but only received it a month later.

My husband ordered a bouquet for my birthday on 22 May. The order was cancelled and a refund promised. No refund received. Avoid like the plague.

Looked on Companies House, the director is Lee Ackerman. Look on Facebook for his profile. It appears that he has a number of interests. He should be behind bars!!!

There is nothing legitimate about this company.

Just reported him and the company to Action Fraud....the police.

Funny, today I got an email with a promise of a refund within 1-2 days. My husband checked and it was there. I had sent an email advising that I had reported them to Action Fraud and I hoped that they would spend a good few years in prison.
I suggest that everyone makes a report to Action Fraud. They might actually investigate and stop this evil business profiting from other people.

The order was for the same day delivery…

The order was for the same day delivery service however towards the end of that day I received a message saying they could not be delivered and I could obtain a refund. I decided to redeliver. Flowers arrived on the following day however they were not what I ordered. They were nice but was supposed be in a basket but they were a very different colour and container.
