Ordered flowers on 27th May for my friend whose husband had just passed away. Cost £99. They were not delivered. They apologised and promised a refund. Still waiting. I believe I have probably been scammed. Do not use these people.

I have now received my money back thanks to my credit card company (see my previous review). I would advise anyone out of pocket to lodge a grievance with Visa / Mastercard. It’s the only way you will see your money again. Also, to notify Trading Standards. Flowershops Network appears to operate by taking orders, not completing them, and hoping people don’t notice the lack of a refund. Utter scammers. Beware and avoid this company.

Ordered flowers on the 26th May, No florist available so a full refund offered. Sent 2 emails requesting a refund and still nothing. Stay away from this company. Quick enough to take your money but not to refund you.

Ordered flowers for same day delivery. Flowers never turned up. Emailed to find out what had happened, got an apology saying my order had been missed and offering to deliver or a full refund. I asked them to deliver. Guess what didn’t show up. Now a week later waiting on my refund.

The flowers were beautiful and very easy to access.
When there is a problem we need to be able to reach your company. Email is fine, however if you have a phone number advertised to be able to reach out to you make it a phone number that someone answers. If that is not possible don't advertise it. It's insulting to expect your customers to keep using a phone number that cuts off after half an hour.
Very Bad Customer Service
Flowers ordered/paid for on 13th May for delivery on 15th May ( birthday) in Hook Hants - Mid morning 15th May received email saying unable to find any one to deliver the order. Refund accepted. Still waiting 3rd June - despite an email saying they're looking into it. Not difficult at all - its simple - they have not refunded my money. Clearly they have problems - not going into details but will pursue refund in other ways if not sorted in 7 days.

Worst ever service and reliability
I’ve given a one star rating as I had to select at least one. They don’t deserve any. I can honestly say this has been the worst experience for either online or in-store flower delivery. They failed to deliver as promised the next day and then failed to do so over the next 4 days. They have now offered me a full refund which I have now accepted. Let’s see how long that takes to happen. Their customer service phone line is a joke, in fact I thought it might have been a scam company. Every time I called I was 4th in the queue and then after waiting 20 minutes to get 2nd inline I was cutoff. I cannot recommend highly enough not to use this lot.

I specifically ordered the Deluxe Extra Large bouquet, expecting a premium arrangement as advertised on the website. However, the bouquet that was delivered was significantly smaller than expected and appears to be closer to a standard or small bouquet rather than the deluxe extra-large option that I paid for.
This was a special gift for my wife, and unfortunately the arrangement delivered did not reflect the quality, size, or value of the product I purchased. As a result, I feel that I have not received what I paid for. I have sent several emails to the company and still no response from them. Extremely disappointed and poor customer service

Took ages laying in hospital bed trying to arrange a little thank you to wife Chose a nice arrangement over £65 del. Then sat back and waited for a thankful wife.

I ordered flowers from them on the 18thMay. By accident I did two of the same order and asked to cancel one. They said they had done this and would send me a refund which never appeared. Then I got an email saying they couldn’t find anyone to deliver my order and would it be ok the next day. Next day they said they couldn’t deliver the flowers as promised and would send a refund. That was on the 21st May and I have had nothing yet
