Very Bad Customer Service

Flowers ordered/paid for on 13th May for delivery on 15th May ( birthday) in Hook Hants - Mid morning 15th May received email saying unable to find any one to deliver the order. Refund accepted. Still waiting 3rd June - despite an email saying they're looking into it. Not difficult at all - its simple - they have not refunded my money. Clearly they have problems - not going into details but will pursue refund in other ways if not sorted in 7 days.

My story seems to be a of a similar theme. Order placed. A few hour later receive and email "sorry can't deliver, can we deliver tomorrow".
Next day , another email "can't deliver would you like a refund"
Accepted the refund... still waiting...
Avoid like the plague

Worst ever service and reliability

I’ve given a one star rating as I had to select at least one. They don’t deserve any. I can honestly say this has been the worst experience for either online or in-store flower delivery. They failed to deliver as promised the next day and then failed to do so over the next 4 days. They have now offered me a full refund which I have now accepted. Let’s see how long that takes to happen. Their customer service phone line is a joke, in fact I thought it might have been a scam company. Every time I called I was 4th in the queue and then after waiting 20 minutes to get 2nd inline I was cutoff. I cannot recommend highly enough not to use this lot.

Received was a tiny pathetic bunch of…

Received was a tiny pathetic bunch of flowers nothing like the advertised pictures , i can't really call it a bunch !!
I paid nearly £60 including delivery for something that was worth no more than £10.
The recipient was disappointed and i was embarrassed.
Avoid this company at all costs !!

I specifically ordered the Deluxe Extra…

I specifically ordered the Deluxe Extra Large bouquet, expecting a premium arrangement as advertised on the website. However, the bouquet that was delivered was significantly smaller than expected and appears to be closer to a standard or small bouquet rather than the deluxe extra-large option that I paid for.

This was a special gift for my wife, and unfortunately the arrangement delivered did not reflect the quality, size, or value of the product I purchased. As a result, I feel that I have not received what I paid for. I have sent several emails to the company and still no response from them. Extremely disappointed and poor customer service

Hospital bed order

Took ages laying in hospital bed trying to arrange a little thank you to wife Chose a nice arrangement over £65 del. Then sat back and waited for a thankful wife.
13.30 message from flower network . Cant complete order order cancelled. Refund money in 5 to 10 days.

I ordered flowers from them on the…18th May

I ordered flowers from them on the 18thMay. By accident I did two of the same order and asked to cancel one. They said they had done this and would send me a refund which never appeared. Then I got an email saying they couldn’t find anyone to deliver my order and would it be ok the next day. Next day they said they couldn’t deliver the flowers as promised and would send a refund. That was on the 21st May and I have had nothing yet

Freshness of flowers and display

Very easy ordering system, and very helpful on the phone (order correction, I had to think, but most importantly, the person who it was sent to a rose flower aficionado over the moon with the display and how long it lasts. Thank you

Order cancelled, no refund to be seen

I placed an order, only to be told it couldn't be fulfilled and I would be refunded my £57. All of which would be no problem, if I'd actually been paid the refund within the claimed 5-10 working days.

6 weeks later I am still waiting for the refund. Unacceptable business practice. I would not recommend using this company.

Do not use this company

Do not use this company, I placed an order for a flower basket, this did not arrive when I contacted them via email they told me they had cancelled order, I paid £57.98 i also sent transaction receipt, I have sent endless emails and im being ignored... do not get scammed order through another company

Do not use this company

Do not use this company.
They didn't deliver my order, they didn't acknowledge that the order was not going to be delivered. They did not answer the phone, they did reply to an email and then failed to follow through. My bank are now investigating them. They don't even deserve a one star rating.

Terrible .Ordered flowers for a funeral…

Terrible .Ordered flowers for a funeral , I gave 2 day notice and they cancelled last minute as no florist available ? So not only could I not make the funeral as I was travelling but no flowers to offer my condolences
Looking for a refund back and forth with emails and still no sign of a refund 6 weeks later.

I really wish I'd read these reviews…

Update on the original review below: I got my money back by flagging the transaction as fraudulent with my credit card company. I sent them a link to this review page as part of the documentation!

Original review: I really wish I'd read these reviews before deciding to try ordering my mum's mothers day flowers from a different company to the one I usually use (Canadian mothers day date, but my mum is in the UK). They initially confirmed my order, but then the day before mothers day they told me that no florist was available. I had to scramble to find replacement flowers (I'm in Canada so I didn't see the email until late in the day UK time) and the refund that was promised within 3-5 days has still not materialized a few weeks later. I flagged this to them by email after about 10 business days and they replied saying they'd look into it. I emailed again about a week later asking for an update, and there was no reply. I've flagged it as a fraudulent transaction with my credit card company so hopefully that'll work. AVOID!

A complete disregard for my wishes in Bouquet selection

After spending considerable time in making a selection for my Mothers Birthday from the Birthday selection I was extremely disappointed that the flowers sent to my Mother bared no resemblance to those ordered. I enquired as to a refund but was told in no uncertain term, flowers were delivered there for no refund.
What is the point of giving customers a choice on arrangements and types of flowers only to ignore the request. A very poor show, I will never use this company again and advise others to do the same.

Unacceptable service

Order accepted and payment taken. Following day order cancelled as they could not fulfil. Full refund promised within 3 to 5 days. 21 days later and 4 chasing emails still the same evasive answers. No conclusion and no refund (£70) Absolutely unacceptable

No florists available

Flowers were not delivered due to 'No florist available' It would have been nice if they hadn't waited until the day before the required delivery date to tell me I have now been waiting for nearly a month for the refund which they say has been 'flagged' with their finance department. Sounds to me like I have been conned.
